Overall good, but…

I paid express shipping and protection on my cowhide bag, overall they were really quick, and bag is beautiful. But two issues as to why I’m deducting a star.

I understand every cowhide is different, however, my bag doesn’t even match the description, it was suppose to be white and chocolate brown spotted cowhide. I got practically a pure white cowhide bag, super plain, very underwhelming for me. And for someone who paid protection on my bag, I’m truly shook it didn’t come in a box or anything, just in a plastic bag. For these reasons, I may not shop there again. But they are a trustworthy website.
