I’ve shopped with Isaacs treasures awhile now after discovering there reasonably priced and vast range of sensory toys and equipment. It’s become the go to small business for SEN supplies for my family. I’ve bought my son a few balance boards, the dizzy whizzy, a small indoor trampoline, fidgets and ooze toys that have been brilliant for helping with self regulation and more safer formats of stimming. The owner has always been helpful and friendly when I’ve enquired about things. Everything has always arrived wrapped securely and safely with a super fast turnaround from ordering. I’ve always been extremely impressed with the quality of the products and the prices are so reasonable especially for SEN equipment.

I have ordered a number of products from Isaac treasures over the year. Fantastic products, great customer service and fast delivery. Always a first choice for birthday and Christmas gifts!

I was really lucky to discover this company when making a last-minute decision to purchase some connetix the week before Christmas. The owner was v quick & happy to answer my questions & even allowed me to ammend my order. Despite the postal strikes & busy festive period I received my parcel very very quickly, and my children absolutely adored the products within it. There are soo many beautiful items on this site I will 100% be coming back to them again in the future. Totally recommend checking them out.

Ordered several items for Christmas gifts and was really pleased with the quality and service.

Needed some more Yoto stories for my grandson who was in hospital. The Peter Rabbit stories arrived in a few days, my grandson loved them, great quality and service, thank you!

Great range of products however the company missed my first email enquiry and international shipping was expensive and took 6 weeks! However, communication was established eventually, product was delivered and works great. Would return.

I purchased in this shop, and expect delivery cost 20$. I payed for the order and delivery. But after 1 week that manager sent me to pay 40$ more for delivery. 60$ total for delivery. It was to much for delivery cost, and asked to cancel my order.

Some time later manager wrote me a message
"The postage covers up to 2kg this is over 2kg so the postage has to be paid we have never promised anything. If you don't want to purchase then simply don't order.
I will pass this on for a refund minus the fees detailed in my last email "

I don't think it is good service not to tell me delivery cost at the beginning, and then charge me money if i don't agree to pay much more. They charged me 5GBP and 5% from my payment via GooglePay.

Approximate weight of my package is 2,9kg for reference. This weight i took for toy official website.
3 weeks passed from my purchase to refund

I don't think it is rude. I don't expect such price. In message before you wrote me that i have to pay money if I don't agree with delivery cost. I told you about my feelings. I don't want to pay extra 40$ that is why I have to pay money for cancellation.

Wonderful service!! I ordered some lanka kade figures to help me with my story sack for my classroom. Donna the owner of Isaac’s Treasurea delivered these super fast! I am so impressed with the standard of service. When my packaged arrived, all the figures were nearly placed with surrounded paper to protect them. Thank you so much for saving a teachers bacon!

All products were packed well. Good quality, look as good as they do on the website. Kept up to date with dispatch/ delivery dates. All around happy customer. Will definitely order again.
