Brilliant effective and efficient service

Item was slightly damaged when arrived; a shame as is going to be a gift. Doesn’t affect play value of item itself but not so special when being opened for child as looks used. Not what I expected when paying so much for the shipping.

Recently ordered a couple of gifts for friends little ones and some more loose parts for us.

uI have ordered THE FRECKLED FROG Traveling in Space - Set of 12 pieces and in the box, It is really a fantastic product, my little girl (3 y.o.) love the Solar System and planets, and this game is the only one with all the elements I was looking for . I had a problem with the order so I have written for a quick clarification, and the shop have solved the problem immediately thank you again!

I ordered the Lanka Kade barns & accessories for Christmas & am so impressed with them they are so beautiful! They came really well packaged and all the additional figures were wrapped in (eco!) paper so were all in perfect condition! The barn is beautiful such a lovely piece to sell. Really good shipping cost too as it was a very heavy package! As impressed as always 😊

So I Said I Was Going To Start Buying From Small Businesses In Jan 22, I Was Going To Purchase Something Once A Month From Different Small Businesses, However I Started It A Month Early.

I Placed A Small Order On Friday 10th December With @isaacs_treasures As I'd Seen The Wooden Balance Game & Thought That Would Be Perfect For Aston For Christmas. It Arrived On Tuesday 15th December.

We Are Also Slightly Obsessed With @tonyschocolonely That We Decided To Try A Few Different Flavours For Christmas Too...

So ... I Received An Email To Say My Order Had Been Received, I Then Received A Personal Message To Say They Would Ship My Order Early This Week, Then I Received An Email To Say My Order Had Been Shipped. This Morning I Received A 1 Hour Time Slot For The Delivery - Delivery Time Was Amazing From This Company And The Communication Was Second To None!

Packaging - Eco Friendly Everything Was In One Big Cardboard Box With Absolutely No Plastic, The Bars Of Chocolate Was Wrapped In Brown Paper (No Sellotape Used).

I Can't Fault The Service I Have Received From @isaacs_treasures They Kept Me Updated WithMy Order Through Out, The Price Was Good For What I Purchased And Most Of All The Wooden Balance Game Is Sturdy And Solid.

I recently placed an order as a surprise for another SEN mummy I’ve connected with whom is going through a difficult time. Her and her family are all currently unwell too so wanted to send a “thinking of you” gift to help entertain the children and put a little smile on there faces too. The owner of isaacs treasures was an absolute breath of fresh air in helping me carry this off. She helped me order and send the items and wrote a note to my friend too. My friend missed the delivery and with me being the contact I got the details and email of location for collection. I was panicking how would my friend get it? They are ill and isolating and not in the same town as me. How will she know to collect it. I contacted donna who went out of her way to track it for me, updating me and giving me suggestions as to not spoil the surprise. My friend has now got the gift and it brought a huge smile to there faces and I can’t thank Donna enough for her help and kindness. Absolutely amazing customer service and kindness shown. Couldn’t recommend this beautiful small business enough.

We have an amazing service every time we use isaacs treasures! They dispatch speedy and prompt, always every helpful with a super quick turn around to messages, within 24hrs which is amazing for a small business.

We have had countless learning and play resources and they are definitely the most used items in our house!

I placed an order for a bundle of Lanka Kade figures. I sent an email and a Facebook message very soon after placing the order as I found another item I was looking for at a different retailer along with the Lanka Kade bundle and therefore didn’t want to pay postage twice if I could get all from the same place.

Unfortunately the seller didn’t see my messages in time to cancel the order so my order was dispatched (very promptly).

When they saw my messages they asked if there was a problem and I simply explained that I had purchased from a different retailer instead and could I please have the return address details. Isaac’s Treasures suggested that I instead cancel my order with the other retailer which I declined to do for the reasons already mentioned. After three messages I was provided with the return address and a rather to the point message making me aware I would have to cover the return postage. Thankfully PayPal covered this for me. I already had a bad feeling about my interactions so far with the company but didn’t think any more of it at this point.

I returned the items (in a different box as I had taken all of the items out to check the whole order was there before returning). There were some scratches on the back of one of the Lanka Kade figures but having purchased many Lanka Kade figures before and seen some figures with similar scratches, I didn’t think anything of it as I just presumed this happened from time to time, particularly as the figures aren’t very expensive.

I subsequently received a Facebook message from the company informing me that they won’t be refunding me for one of the figures I returned (the one with scratches to the back) as I should have reported the damage prior to returning. It does not state this anywhere in their returns policy. I was then accused of sending them back a figure which they claimed they hadn’t sent me. I was told that they inspect all figures carefully before sending and that this couldn’t possibly have come from them, even though it absolutely was sold to me by them. The value of the figure is only £2.75 but it is the principle. I was horrified to be accused of lying. What on Earth ever happened to the customer is always right. I then asked that the figure be returned to me if they planned to not refund me, this was refused unless I paid return postage costs which would equate to more than the clerk of the figure. I was extremely upset and shocked at firstly being called a liar and secondly being refused my money back due to the item being in a condition not fit for resale according to the retailer, despite the fact that this is the very same item that I paid for and that they sold to me!

A most unpleasant interaction and I was very shocked to have received such poor and upsetting service.
