Onbetrouwbaar en onprofessioneel

Onbetrouwbaar en onprofessioneel: hun pontodienst is onbetrouwbaar en zit vol technische gebreken. Klantenservice is onbereikbaar: deze zou op werkdagen van 8-18 uur bereikbaar moeten zijn. In werkelijkheid krijg je de hele dag de boodschap dat deze gesloten is en op werkdagen van 8-18 uur bereikbaar is. Bellen naar de receptie van isabelgroup zelf heeft ook geen resultaat: ook daar wordt er niet opgenomen.
Klanten die contact zoeken bieden een organisatie de gelegenheid om fouten recht te zetten. Ga je het contact uit de weg dan heb je wat te verbergen.
Zijn er financiële problemen waardoor ze onvoldoende personeel nog kunnen inhuren? Slaande ruzies intern waardoor ze even geen tijd hebben voor de buitenwereld?
Een financiële instelling die softwaretechnisch vol met fouten zit èn hierop niet aanspreekbaar is, is onbetrouwbaar. Geen zaken mee doen.
