I ordered four items on April 1st. It's April 16th and have still not receive my order. It took over 10 days to simply get verification that the order had been sent to the shipper. After numerous inquiries, I finally received a shipping update from a company called GOFO. I had never heard of them before and Googled them. Below is what came back. I have no idea what the clothing will look like and can only imagine the nightmare if something needs to be returned. I will never purchase from this company again.

Got the floral maxi during sale and didn’t expect much but it actually looks better in real life. Sleeves sit nicely and the fabric feels soft. Customer support replied to my question pretty quick too

This is definitely, without doubt, a fake business. My credit card company called to alert me not to buy from them. Their 'customer service' line is non-working; it cuts you off after four rings. Their web site says they are based in South Carolina, but in fact they are a Chinese business, and if you need to return an item, you will have to mail it to China and probably spend more on postage than you paid for the clothes, and who knows if even the address is correct. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will not even let you cancel an order.

I placed an order March 25, 2026, received it April 9, 2026. I ordered two pair of shoes on the flat shoes, I upsized one size to be safe, and on the heels I chose my regular size. The flats were way too short and the heels the length was right, but they were so wide that my foot wouldn’t stay in them. So I initiated a return per the website then I received a response that rather than a refund and return they would like to offer to replace the shoes for $11.54 each and I could keep the items that don’t fit. I responded saying I don’t want to keep the items because they don’t fit, and I certainly don’t want to pay more to order new ones that I’m unsure of their sizing. The heels, another size wouldn’t work because they were too wide. The flats I had already upsized and I wouldn’t have any idea what next size to order. I explained all of this in my next correspondence only to receive an email back stating that now they would like to offer me a 10% refund and keep the item or a 50% store credit. And keep the shoes. Once again, I replied stating I didn’t want a partial refund or a store credit I wanted to return the shoes for a full refund then I received another response stating they would give me 20% refund and a 75% store credit once again I replied asking for a full refund and return information so then I received an email saying they still would like to give me a 20% refund and keep shoes that don’t fit, but if I really want to return them, I have to return them at my cost to someplace in China using the same shipping method as as was originally used in shipping the item. That shipping method was.GoFo and as far as I can tell, there’s no way for an individual to use the shipping company. If I shipped through USPS, I wouldn’t get the refund processed, but it would also cost more to ship a package to Chinaa. Then I paid for the shoes So now I don’t have any option but except the 20% refund so I’m out $98.. This is a lose lose situation for me. I highly suggest not using this company.

Wore the block heel loafers to work all day and my feet survived which says a lot lol. They’re actually comfortable and don’t feel heavy. Packaging was fine and delivery was smooth

Everything I received is not as it appeared on the website the patterns were different. The colors were different. The sizing was off on one item. No, there is no description of the material so while it looks like it may be linen it is not everything is going back.

This is an honest review. The shoes I received resemble the pictures and descriptions, even though on closer inspection, they do not list the materials. They are pretty, if you do not look at them too closely. They fit as I expected.

However, the quality is low. If these shoes were half the price being charged, they would be acceptable, but they are overpriced for the materials used. It takes a few weeks to receive them and they came in plastic wrapping with no box or protection. They are more like house slippers than shoes and could not stand up to a lot of wear.

I am skeptical that this is an American company. I have noticed a number of similar shoe companies popping up with South Carolina addresses. From my experience, these are Chinese companies, and that explains the flimsy wrapping, long delivery times, and lower quality materials, but at US prices.

I am keeping them because I have other shoes and can wear these with specific outfits. I also don't want a hassle with returns. In all, I am disappointed in this purchase.

Ordered the dark blue matching set again because i liked it that much lol. It’s relaxed, comfy and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Shipping was around 6 days and tracking updates were clear

I picked the layered dress for everyday wear and it’s been super easy to style. Works with sneakers or heels depending on mood. Had one tiny thread sticking out but i just cut it off lol

I would like to start out by saying they are selling fake merchandise the PARKE SWEATSHIRTS are not real. They are very cheap knock off. They are ugly and disgusting material. Please do not buy try to get them to refund me with free shipping back to them and they are only trying to give me 10% of my money back, which is unacceptable so if you are looking for PARKE SWEATSHIRTS. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BUY THEM. THEY ARE FAKE AND THEY HAVE A UNITED STATES LOCATION AND THEY SHIPPING FROM CHINA DO NOT BUY.

I wish I could give this company less. I ordered the first dressed pictured below in XL. What I received was a dress they can barely fit a 5 year old child with a XL tag, second picture. This company is a rip off. Do not buy from them. They want me topay $11 for them to send the same thing. Ridiculous. Sorry would not allow me to add the pictures.

Ordered the dark blue asymmetric set and it’s honestly one of my fav outfits right now. The pants length was perfect. Fabric is light but doesn’t look cheap at all. Came in around 6 days with proper tracking

We purchased 2 items from Isabella Patterson based on the descriptions and pictures which was advertised as seersucker dresses. When we recieved the items 2 weeks later we were very disappointed. The material was nylon , not seersucker , oversized and opposing seams were 2 inches off. When we contacted the company ,we though was in South Carolina ,to return the items for a refund we were told we had to send the items to Shanghai , China within 30 days of purchase with a tracking shipper. The cost of shipping items to China was cost prohibitive and would not arrive within the 30 day period. The only other option we were given was a 20%( $18.90) refund on the total purchase price of the items and keep the items which has no value to us. If you purchase anything from this company please the contact them for their written return policy .

I ordered the Women's green plaid wool coat longline button-front. It does not look at all like the picture. The fabric is very thin for a coat, and the color is a muted green with pink stripes in the plaid. The online picture looks like a rich deep green color with a wool-like texture. The company I ordered from was Isabella Patterson. The company that sent the coat is labelled something totally different. I was incredibly disappointed.
