Please, please, please DO NOT buy anything from this Company.

Avoid this company. In my experience, this appears to be a Chinese-based scam operation with extremely poor customer service.

The items I received were nothing like what was advertised on their website — completely different in appearance and very poor quality.

When I asked for a returns label to return the goods, I was told this would be at my own cost and to falsify customs documentation to avoid additional charges, otherwise I would be held liable for import duty. This is highly concerning and potentially illegal.

Customer service has been unhelpful throughout. Responses are generic, do not address the issues raised, and give the impression that no real person is properly handling complaints.

Overall, a very negative experience. Misleading products, questionable return practices, and poor support. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

This company is a scam. I placed an order for Easter treat bags that were advertised on their site for $25.50 for six bags I placed an order for 18 bags that I paid $76.50 for. After a month of going back-and-forth with their customer service they sent me three bags and told me that was my complete order. So in other words I paid $76 for three bags. I wrote back to them and told them I wanted a refund which they say they give if you are not satisfied and have not heard back for two weeks. Don’t waste your money with this company.

I like many others have ordered the dentures and received something that resembles what you’d expect from a Christmas cracker! Absolutely ridiculous! I sent them a message and told them that they were misleading the public by advertising products which looked really good and supplied rubbish. I asked for a refund and they said that they didn’t give refunds for personal items even though they were still in the packaging. Then they offered me a 30% refund which I refused. I sent them copies of the gov. Uk website re misleading the public and they offered me a 50% refund, again I refused and said that if I wasn’t refunded I was going to trading standards. They then offered me a full refund. There are lots of other’ companies using the same models advertising the dentures which are all receiving rubbish alternatives and are on Pinterest . Avoid at all costs!

Do not buy from this company. Items are rubbish. Mine was broken and I've gone round in circles trying to get my money back. They delay replying, saying its with their refund team, then only offer you 50% and you can keep the item. Who wants to keep a broken item? Totally rubbish.

Beware they are scammers. I had to involve my bank to get my money back.

Wish I’d read reviews before placing order .Sent items completely different to online photos.Cheap and nasty products.You have no chance of receiving any form of refund .My advice would be to steer very clear of this company

I ordered a small clip in hairpiece. Three weeks later, I received a full sized wig! Shiny, tacky, wrong colour and definitely NOT what I wanted. Tried to get refund, they said ok but first need to send it back to China address, and tracked! Once they have received it back, they promised refund.BUT, they said cost of return was my responsibility. Even though they sent wrong product, their mistake, not mine. Cheating lying scum! A scam for sure.

I bought forever fern plants - when they arrived - nothing like the picture on their website. I decided to send them back and get a refund. To send them back you need the address in China - you need to contact customer service to get the address - no response, emailed, sent messages on their website.
Do not buy anything from this company - I should have checked first - don’t waste your time, money - making this company rich - whatever you buy if you can’t return it - there is no refund because they will not send you the address.

First of all long delivery time not mentioned on website. When the items (3 bras) eventually arrived I was totally shocked by the poor quality of the fabric, the shoddy & flimsy nature of the manufacture and extremely poor sizing. I ordered my correct size and they were far too small. Lesson learned always read the reviews. I decided to cut my losses as I think trying to get a refund out of this company would be tortuous so I threw all 3 bras into the rubbish/garbage

Absolute rip off Merchantsbought a boston fern, lfrom isaberry (believing it was a uk based company.Lush realistic plentiful in the advert, paid £24.50 for it. It turned up one stick worth no more than £1.99 fern, absolutely shocking quality DO NOT BUY from this company!!!

I would to not even give one star. I stupidly ordered from this site without reading any of the reviews.

My item arrived on Friday 13/2/2026 and it was as a lot of the reviews state of poor quality but worse was broken in several places and unusable.

I as per their returns policy photographed the damaged item and sent several emails requesting a full refund.

I have as of today been offered ‘as a gesture of goodwill been offered a 30% refund and offered to keep the item or give to a friend’.

I have replied re requesting a full refund in line with their refund policy and have said I’m surprised by their suggestion of giving it to someone when it’s broken in several places.

I have on line with their policy offered if they provide free or pay for posting to return it and re requested a full refund.

As yet I have not received a reply but am more than willing to escalate the issue and have clear photo evidence of broken in several places good and as they say kept the original packaging.

Like the majority of reviewers I 100% agree don’t repeat don’t purchase anything from this rip off company they will take full advantage of you for sure you are unlikely to receive anything they advertise and you will not receive any refund. I have emailed the company at least 6 times receiving the same amount of emails back promising this and that but nothing ever arrives and like many others have given up and if you do receive anything and want to return the item you are responsible for paying all costs to deliver back to China what a surprise.

They also sell under the name Ausbury. What I thought I was buying was a pair of dentures with suction pads. What I received was totally different. Asked for a refund because not as described and was told I couldn’t because the item was personal

I ordered what I believed to be a full set of dentures, which were advertised as a full set, the picture shown was a full set and the video shown was a full set to fill the gums both top and bottom and to fit around the whole mouth. I received them but to my utter disappointment they were NOT a full set, but they only cover half of the gums both top and bottom. There was no upper plate to stick to the roof of my mouth either. Complete waste of money. Not as advertised at all. Please do NOT take any photos or videos as truthful because they are NOT. These people are only after your money. Do not purchase anything from this company. They showed real people with no teeth fitting these so called dentures straight onto their gums, eating hard fruits and foods. This is so not true. False advertising. I am so angry and frustrated. I'm a pensioner and cannot afford to be sending money to companies who lie and who are a complete waste of space

Don’t buy anything from them. They misrepresent the items in their advertisements which are nothing like what they say they are. And when you complain they fob you off. Don’t touch them with a bargepole.

I thought it was a UK Company but I ordered a bra crop top and it came from China. Unfortunately the sizing was so strange that it's unwearable - the shoulder straps about 8cm shorter than they should be. Terrible quality. A total waste of money. I wish I'd checked Trust pilot first!

A total rip off. I bought gel nail polish pens that are meant to dry without a UV lamp. 20 minutes later they still not dry. Can’t tell which pens are which colour. I’ve now found similar on Amazon for cheaper. Saw the advert for the pens and Isaberry on Pin interest. Avoid Isaberry.

Still waiting for my order weeks later. Emailed them and no response . Wont be going there again

Poor service. Initially responded to emails over concerns about delivery etc. soon the they stopped replying to my emails. The company is misleading and isn’t based in the UK. Avoid!!!

Nothing like the item ordered - item shown looked well made - the item received was nothing like it, cheap and nasty and just in an envelope - contacted customer services twice as no instructions with it (it was a bunion corrector - tried to follow the video I managed to find again but it wasn't the same product so it didn't make sense) - STILL waiting for a reply from a week ago which I am obviously not going to get reading all the reviews. Do not waste your money and buy from this Company - £25 wasted but lesson learned !
