This is a scam company, avoid to buy any items from them. They do not do full refund and even when agreeing a partial return, you will not see the money back.

I ordered a necklace they charged me for 2. I've reached out to them 5 times in 3 weeks.
To top it off the product is definitely not what was in description of product.
I wouldn't recommend.

Lovely, ethically sourced products. Very friendly and helpful and prompt delivery. Reed diffusers and wax melts smell so much better than any I have bought from shops and the reed diffusers last ages and ages! Have bought as gifts too and recipients have been so delighted they've then ordered more for themselves. Definitely recommend Isadora for gifts or a great treat for yourself.

Great service lots of choice of scents and nice strong scent highly recommend

I chose three different fragrances of wax melts. All came in individual bags wrapped very well and looked pretty. I have started with Rhubarb and Rose which is very sweet and makes the house smell wonderful. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to try the other fragrances and then the candles
