Isamaya beauty has the worst CS ever!

Isamaya beauty has the worst costumers service I ever experienced. I ordered two products 3 weeks ago and I didn’t receive anything and any update about the status of my order. I sent 3 emails and still didn’t receive any response, this is so frustrating and disappointing. I will NEVER order and buy Isamaya Beauty products anymore.

Bought the horse inspired palette…

Bought the horse inspired palette knowing its original release date but they were emphasizing it was still new. It came very not new pigments falling out. mind you didnt buy this with any discount. contacted the website and they were very dismissive basically syaing you bought it doesnt matter what condition it came in they werent responsible. very underwhelmed by the quality on this and four other items I tried and very disheartened by their behavior

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Email only communication method. Says will answer 24-48 hours, can't amend an order but shows preparing for shipment for days following. Says must refuse delivery for refund. Still awaiting refund with no response from customer sevice. Priced like a big girl company, but not operated like one. Expensive packaging, mediocre products. Beware.

I sent 3 messages to customer services…

I sent 3 messages to customer services before I got a response. My order seemed lost by royal mail, so they said they would replace it. And the same thing has happened again at this point waiting weeks for an order. Never recieved. Im currently chasing for a refund. Long slow and doesn't come through.

Not good quality - maybe not tested enough?

I bought two products from this brand: the purple color corrector and the 5 point lift illumination stick. I used the purple color corrector for two weeks and in the end the bottle broke because it had very bad packaging. Instead the 5 point lift after a month was unusable because the bulk separated into oil and color and cannot be applied anymore. On top the cap on the product keeps on falling off and packaging is just bad quality.

Really great customer service!

Really great customer service! Highly recommend the brand for its dedicated, efficient and professional customer service. The brand is always quick to respond and resolve any issues, showing genuine understanding and interest. Exceptional!

I have ordered multiple times over the past year from different sales. Everything I’ve received has been intact and works perfectly :) I did had an issue with royal mail the past week, the parcel had clearly gotten stuck on something else and had ripped open when separated leading to a missing lipgloss, I explained this and the following day they sent out a replacement :) I appreciate the fast response and the quick resolution

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT ! this brand shipped me makeup with two items missing and don’t reply to any of your messages . I also paid for next day delivery and it got delivered a week later and by that point I was not at that location. Terrible customer service as they don’t help you at all . I wish I bought with PayPal so I could have claimed the money back .

I was so excited to receive my products as I have been a longtime fan of Isamaya. The lip liners were so disappointing, they are not long lasting and smudge proof as they advertise, after application the color just smudges and wipes away in a few seconds. I liked the color but it was not accurate from what was on the website. The products are so expensive so you would at least hope to receive what they advertise. When they sent a request for a review I thought it would be important for me to write one as to help future customers make informed decisions especially because of the high costs. THEY NEVER POSTED MY REVIEW!!! Now that I came here to see if it has happened to anyone else, i realized im not alone!! What kind of company does that??? DISHONEST, SHADY, RIP-OFF. Super disappointed and definitely not a fan anymore.

Doesn't publish honest reviews

Don't buy from this company - they are dishonest with the reviews on their website. I bought two very expensive lip products and the color were nothing like you'd expect from their website. When they asked for a review, I gave honest feedback, including photos to help future customers find a better color match. Well, Isamaya never pubished the review. Looking at their site, you will see that they only have 5-star reviews and they double publish each one so you feel confident with just a glance at the high number of honest feedbacks. No company gets everything perfect every time, but Isamaya is being dishonest about it. Who knows what other problems people have had!

Overpriced Products & Absolutely Terrible Customer Service

⚠️ I wanted to love Isamaya, as I have been looking at their products and following Isamaya for over a year, but the customer service is a huge red flag. I requested and was approved for a refund, and I was told I would receive return details—this was two weeks ago. It had already taken two weeks just to hear back initially. Despite multiple follow-ups and them claiming my refund was processed, I have still received nothing. The lack of communication and efficiency is honestly disgusting—this is some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

As for the products:
• Sculpt 01 – It’s a nice, clean device, but absolutely not worth full price. I’d only consider getting other Sculpt tools if they were half off.
• 🍆 Lipstick – This thing is ridiculously heavy and impractical. I couldn’t even comfortably hold the box, let alone use the product. While the shade looked nice, I didn’t bother trying it because I knew it would be impossible to use.
• Skinlacq – Has some nice ingredients and gives a dewy finish, but it’s way too sticky to use over makeup. There are much more affordable products with the same skin benefit ingredients (e.g., Glow Recipe’s Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops) at less than half the price.

Overall, the products are overpriced and more about aesthetics than practicality. While I appreciate the artistic design, it doesn’t justify the insanely high price points. And even if the products were better, the NON-EXSISTANT, useless, absolutely ABYSMAL customer service would still make me never repurchase. Buyer beware!⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Don’t buy from ISAMAYA

Lip liner bought from an online beauty retailer crumbled out of its casing all over my floor. It was part of an advent calendar so just thought I had a dud. However, reviews on same lip liner in same advent calendar from other buyers noted identical issues. Many bad reviews.
It had that white coating you get on products that have gone off.
After the lip liner I fell for their very good social media marketing. Silly me. This was when the fun really began.
Highlighter- no highlighter in tube just a black plastic stump.
Skinlaq - by this point I’d realised the products are dreadful quality so didn’t even bother opening it.
Decided to return both items. Bearing in mind their return policy is 14 days from receipt but I’ll expand on this later.
Sent a photo of the non highlighter.
No reply. Waited a couple of days and re-sent. No reply. 3 emails later I received a reply to pull not twist the cap off the highlighter- no mention of my return request.
Another email asking to return - again no reply for days. By this point it’s day 12 of the return policy.
Since I bought through Klarna I asked them to step in and put a hold on my payments. This worked and I quickly received an email giving me the return address. Stating I had to pay for return postage plus tracking.
By this point I just wanted rid of them so paid for return tracked postage. Cheaper than keeping very expensive, rubbish quality makeup.
32 days after purchase on 2/1/25 and requesting a refund it finally came through. Thank you Klarna!
Before I received the above I bought a lipstick separately on 4/1/25 via debit card.
It is now 37 days and I have not received it. Emails are unanswered. Messages on their Instagram and Facebook pages ignored. To note, similar terrible reviews on both platforms. Some, I’ve noticed have mysteriously disappeared after posting.
I decided to write a review here as I believe they cannot be removed by the company.
I want to warn other customers about buying from this brand because the products are expensive and some may have saved up to buy the products.
Terrible quality products.
Non existent customer service.
Items bought that never arrive.
I fell for the glossy marketing hype and I’m now having to involve my debit card company to try and get back the money I spent on the lipstick.
Don’t buy from this brand. It’s been an awful experience

Non existent customer service

I placed an order during their sale on 19th Jan

I was sent half of my order promptly, however one item was missing. I emailed the company twice including sending a DM on instagram and only just received a response from them, 2 and a half weeks later from the date of my order to say they don't have the item in stock.

I'm being refunded in 5-7 business days, apparently. Holding onto a customer's money for 4 weeks is simply unacceptable in my opinion, that's a complete lack of customer care.

On top of that the Lash Lasso mascara I did receive is terrible, it does almost nothing for my fine lashes. I wouldn't recommend shopping with Isamaya Beauty and I regret spending my money with them.
