I can’t believe how disorganized this…

I can’t believe how disorganized this company is. After struggling for days to get through on the phone, I finally got a “scheduled” technician visit that never happened — no call, no apology, nothing. When I contacted customer service again, they gave vague excuses and didn’t offer any real solution or even a time frame. For a service that’s supposed to handle urgent plumbing needs, the lack of communication and accountability is unbelievable. Waiting at home for hours only to be ignored shows a total disregard for customers’ time and basic respect. Absolutely unacceptable experience.
