Our vehicle was involved in an incident that was not our fault. After being assessed for repair, it was deemed to be written off. Andrea of the claims team kept on top of progress for our claim and was in regular contact, giving excellent advise. We have today been advised that we are to receive the full insurance value.

Having been a client of ISG since 2013 I can't rate them highly enough. Excellent service for both myself as Head of Fleet & for my drivers when they need cool, calm assistance when they've had an accident, broken down or have any other issue with their vehicles.
The whole team are great & so supportive, always happy to offer advice & support. The whole cycle is completed with the strong relationship with our insurers, this means everything runs smoothly & efficiently.
