Changi airport is easily the most…

Changi airport is easily the most impressive airport I've ever visited with its stunning indoor waterfall and efficient automated check-ins. Everything is spotless and feels more like a luxury mall than a terminal

Terribly dishonest

Terribly dishonest. Behind a great organization lies an mismanaged entity grossly structured to deceive and evade.

Bought EDP online. Found the performance only last 1 hour. Checked @ checkfresh.c** and found the batch production date is 2.5 years ago.

I requested for exchange. They provided a bunch of excuses, diversions only to sweep the matter under minimizing effort to even engage. Zero customer care.

It amazes me that as a subsidiary of great name is a shameful business. Please rename for Singapore and Singaporean sake.

Also, which good business removes their FB and Google review sections? iShopChangi...

Great airport

This is a lovely airport. One big issue is once you’ve gone through secondary screening you’re in a. Big boring waiting room. Pre that it’s great butterflies are cool lots of shops. Lots of steps too if you wanted!

IShop Changi has been the worst…

IShop Changi has been the worst experience for internet shopping.
If you can, stay away from them. The WORST after sales service.
Shop at your own risks and make sure your wallet is secure.
I say it one more time. stay away from them

Goods that never arrived, and pending for refund after 6 months!

Never thought this level of inefficiency in Singapore. Ordered and sent me a delivery date to mandarin oriental. It came 3 days late when I already left Singapore. Come on, how big is Singapore. Delivery date given was 4 days, and it arrived 3 days late, meaning a 7 days delivery from changi to Mandarin Oriental, which is 25 mins by the slowest cab. And until to this day, I am still waiting for the refund. Refund has been pending for more than 6 months!!! Do NOT buy from ichangi. It is a waste of time. Everytime i contact them, they say will check. Then silence for another few weeks, and say they will check again. Order NC2301090210DM-2225

worst online shopping experience

worst online shopping experience. Order something for pickup on the day of departure. Paid for it and all done. Day before leaving by chance saw a n email that the order has been canceled and that I will get my money back about 14 days later. Receiving the money is not an issue (I hope) but such a abrupt cancellation is ridiculous.

Worst online shopping experience

I've ordered twice this year from iShopChangi, for collection during my departure and both experiences were sour. Avoid using this ecommerce portal if you want to avoid headaches and anxiety before your flight.

1. Collection during my departure flight in Jan - on the day of collection, there was no one manning the collection counter and I had to call and follow-up a few times before someone came to the counter more than 30 minutes after
2. Collection during my departure flight in Mar - on the day of collection, I still have not received the collection email. I followed up numerous times via email and whatsapp and still no response

Unvetted dodgey retailers poor service recovery

Ishopchangi did not vet their retailers carefully and I am in disbelief when I was told to head down to a hotel in (mobile relation store) 22 Lor Geylang to exchange the defective item. Defective phone was unsealed and sealed again. I am told to wait another week for collection + 15 working days for refund. Police report has been made.

I dont want to even rate a star

I dont want to even rate a star! Bought whisky online payment made order successful. Day after received email stated order cancelled and refund process, dont even have a reason to the cancellation. Need to write in then was told the stocks are fulfilled by the retailers, hence, due to item being out of stock, retailer had to cancel your order. ishopchangi online platform so bad? Ishopchangi have no control of their retailiers?
Contact ishopchangi, it keep repeating the message to me:
Please be advised that the refund has been processed and will be refunded back to you within 10-14 working days. We sincerely apologise as we are unable to revert the refund. The product is still shown as out of stock on our online platform. We seek your kind understanding on this.

SCARY ONLINE BUSINESS TACTICS

On 15aug2022 order online thru "ISHOPCHANGI", paid by AMEX KrisFlyer Ascend card, payment deducted. 4days later, 8hrs before flight, I received email stated... ordered canceled, refund in 14days time. No other reason given....

ISHOPCHANGI has their business ethics, so as I would like to share my unhappiness experiences so as other travellers will think again IF to place online disappointment purchase with them.....

You state on your website all your items are authentic because they are retail shops that are in changi airport. WAT!!! I bought 3 perfumes from ishopchangi and it is from beautylanguage! HOW ARE THEY FROM CHANGI AIRPORT? This is a real scam. And the perfumes are all so different from what shilla sells. 2 seems fake and 1 seem old. Terrible! Cheating locals. So desparate for sales that you get these retailers to tarnish your reputation.

This is disgusting behaviours. No need to refund me. Terrible move. No matter how cheap, I will not support changi group anymore, This is using a singapore brand to scam people off its reliability. If i want to buy low quality products, I will go to these places to buy, not through you.
