Ordered some samples weeks ago and they never arrived. Never answered my emails, the phone number I found never connected. Avoid.

From start to end, great communication from Adam. They offered the cheapest price on a tile I wanted. Got a 10% refund as well. When the tiles I ordered were delayed, Adam offered a 10% refund on my order as a gesture of goodwill! Honest service and also had communication throughout the day, even the evenings which was great. Would definitely recommend these guys

Great online tile shop
Great online tile shop! Ordered on Tuesday morning and received an email to say they would be delivered on Wednesday. As promised the tiles were delivered on Wednesday. From order to delivery in 24 hours, would definitely use ishoptiles again!
