La empresa ISILGO no cumple con las condiciones pactadas en la membresia de 1 año que compré

La empresa ISILGO no cumple las condiciones pactadas en el momento que se compró la membresia de 1 año, pues modifica las condiciones que tienen sus cursos posterior a la fecha de contrato.
Me cerrarán mis cursos iniciados en 7 días, lo cual no es justo porque las condiciones pactadas eran que los cursos iniciados dentro de la membresia no tenian vencimiento.
Les envio correos reclamando mi caso y no contestan, lo cual refleja poca seriedad en la atención al cliente
