DO NOT BUY FROM ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Please don't waste your money on any products from this company, the service I have received has been a joke.
I purchased a GT2 Scooter last year October and everything was fine until May thos year when it started flashing up with an error code and wouldn't start at all..
After multiple emails and waiting months for a reply from "support" they diagnosed the problem as a faulty display panel and sent one out which was fair enough. I installed the display panel but the problem was still the same.
After trying to reach out to support after this I had zero response until I contacted them on Facebook, they then told me that actually the control panel was faulty and said that the control panel only has a 6 month warranty and that I had to pay for a new one!!! What a joke!
I asked them what happens if the control panel doesn't work and I was told that I would then need to buy a new scooter which cost me over £600.
Please don't use this company or any of their products I don't want anyone else to go through what I've been through with this company.

I had an issue with a scooter I had purchased. On first emailing with the advisors they were fantastic. Responded efficiently and solved the issue within a matter of days. Very impressed and will defo use this company again.
I had some issues at first and I accidentally locked myself out of my own scooter whilst they was away in training calls. It was very frustrating. However they soon solved one of my few issues within a day or 2 when returning I think they dealt with the problem excellently, accurate and timely. I would highly recommend this company when choosing scooter/bike I’ve bought 3 so far and I can say they get better each time!! Thanks again isinwheel team!!
I hat a problem by my Isinwheel T8 i made a shorts video and in 1 week i have the Part to repair.
Thanks
Although delivery had an issue due to courier not the seller. The seller was excellent at answering questions. Being very patient understanding and genuinely trying to help. Very polite and replies quick
In September 2025 I ordered an iSinwheel U2 City Commuter Electric Bike from their UK warehouse. The bike arrived very well packaged and was delivered by Fedex within the promised time. When I unpacked the bike everything looked perfect with one tiny exception. I had ordered a white bicycle but had received a black bicycle. I was not too concerned about this as the bike itself looked perfect and at just over £500 was excellent value.
However I decided to write to iSinwheel customer support and tell them what had happened. They replied asking for photographic proof. When I emailed them a photograph of the black bike, iSinwheel accepted that the fault was theirs and offered me compensation of a free bicycle lock and helmet. This I thought was very fair.
I have been using the bicycle for one month now and I'm delighted with it. Assembly was very straightforward and everything worked perfectly from the start. I use it only in pedal assist mode and the electric motor makes a great difference when climbing the hilly roads where I live. On the first charge of the battery I was able to travel a total of 90 kilometers before the battery needed recharging.
I am delighted with the bike and very pleased with the customer service I've received from iSinwheel.
I am unable to use the bike I purchased. I ordered a seat clamp to allow me to use the bike - this has never been delivered despite the money being taken. Numerous calls, emails, even Instagram messages have resulted in nothing. I have now had to sell the bike independently as is useless.

The new Isinwheel UCity Cruiser was poorly assembled on unpacking. I tried to get an item replaced. I gave up, after considerable effort, after changing demands from Customer Support (when they did reply)made me think I was being strung along.
The rudimentary user manual made assembly a bit of a nightmare. Customer support just ignored my queries on assembly , as well as my concerns and appeals for advice over alarming speed surges, on low power. A lot of wasted time, effort and stress resulted . Polite manners alone are no substitute for real help and support. The bike is stuck in the shed now, while I consider whether to sell.
The moral is, don't expect the help you need, if you have only long distance customer support.
It may be wise to "shop local"
My scooter got seized by police so I contacted this customer service for a fair amount of compensation and they was really brilliant and great to me and understood me in which they gave 30 percent back . One of the best and nicest customer services I've talked to.
The delivery was a day late, but I really appreciated the driver helping by bringing the scooter inside for my elderly mother.
I recently bought an S9 Pro scooter on offer and wasn't sure what to expect for the price. It has completely exceeded my expectations.
The Scooter is very poor and the customer service is shocking. I should have checked on Trustpilot first to avoid all problems.

Awful experience so far.
Bought a bike it came almost a week late.
Emailed the company got a response within 48 hours explained my issue gave them proof and the information they asked for over a week ago now and so far they have just ignored me knowing that they have failed to meet their own legally binding seller-buyer agreement.
Battery it came with is no where near the advertised range advertised as being able to do around 60 miles and barely does 9 miles
Tyres came damaged but was not noticeable to begin with until I left it for a few days/nights and the tyres were both fully deflated (was an issue with the valve)
I am even considering stepping this up as this is just ridiculous and the battery is unsafe as right out the box a sticker piece fell off leave a decent sized hole for water to access the battery
This whole company goes against the Consumer Rights Act

I've only had this scooter for a few days, but so far it feels like money well spent.
Don't fall for the price, they have downgraded to pneumatic tyres, the valve on the front tyre is difficult to access, you have to pay ~£150 to get honeycomb tyres. It isn't cheap at all when you account for the extra costs. Wouldn't recommend at all.

This is a well-made machine that does exactly what it's supposed to. I enjoy riding it, especially for my commute to work.
The scooter arrived well-packaged and fully charged. So far it's been excellent, and I've noticed it charges up quite quickly.
Very poor customer services. Never answer calls poor responses to email and when they did no mention of my struggle to get in touch. We did get the bike but when it wasn’t tracking they offered no help
I purchased a scooter expecting decent quality and reliable support, but unfortunately received neither. The build feels flimsy and poorly made, and within weeks it started showing signs of wear. Even worse, trying to reach customer service has been a nightmare emails go unanswered and there's no clear way to get help. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.
