I was a bit suspicious about this company after reading a few of negative reviews. I did place the order anyway. I ordered pyrite aura bracelet and I got it delivered with courier within around 15 days. Excellent quality, she came with complimentary bracelet in red colour. I will definitely order more, thank you 🥰

I had ordered the anti anxiety set a while ago...one for me and one for my daughter. We love them and they look fantastic. I decided to order another set for my friend and there was a little problem with Royal Mail. I emailed Isla- Ida and I had the most amazing help and advice from Rare L and eventually my package arrived and I know I will have a happy friend. Thanks for such amazing service. I will be ordering again soon. 👍

Their jewellery is better than on the photo's and very durable. Love it to bits. The customer service goed above and beyond. I had a small hick-up with shipments and they responded very friendly and really solved the problem and kept me informed. Even followed up! Highly recommended.

Every piece I've ever puchased (both bracelets and necklaces) is even more beautiful in person than it looks on the site, and the quality never disappoints. Very elegant, well designed and go with everything, I can't take them off!
I can also share from my direct experience that the costumer service is a true gem, one of the kindest and most understanding I've ever dealt with. It's always been a pleasure interacting with the lovely Sophie L., the amount of kindness, support and empathy I've got throughout my latest purchase experience have truly made a difference. Didn’t get my free bracelet after spending nearly £40. Apparently you need to manually add to order! They sent a long and detailed email why they can’t just chuck one in…as if anyone wouldn’t want a free bracelet. I love to support smaller businesses but sometimes they just miss out on the bigger picture in cases like this and I will not be ordering again!

Well, what can I say about this item?
Not impressed. Not worth the money I spent. Bad quality. Not as described on the website. This item was a complete letdown. I can’t even get it on because I would be so ashamed. in my mind, I thought the product would’ve been made with A good quality thread which would’ve been woven, but instead it’s a piece of plastic. I am so annoyed with this purchase and I wish I never sat on your website please forgive me for being so harsh, but this is how disappointed I am at this product and giving it a one star is too much

Quick delivery and very nicely package. Beautiful Bracelets, very pleased with them.

Took some time to arrive, but this was out of their control. Customs are always slow in Spain. In the mean time they helped me by checking and sharing the location of my order, so the customer service was good and very friendly. I love my Isla Ida bracelets and would recommend them. Great to have, but also cute as a gift.

I love the bracelets! They're elegant and dainty. I've been searching for a moonstone bracelet with a specific style and I was glad to find it at this store. I even found another cute bracelet to match the one I bought!

Their customer service (Rare L.) is excellent! All my questions regarding the tracking of my package were well addressed and promptly. Though my package took some time to arrive, it was definitely worth the wait.

The quality of the bracelets are really good. The delivery was super quick and the customer service team are really helpful! Will definitely buy again from Isla Ida. Such a lovely brand!!

During my travels I do not have residential address but these guys still managed to find me on time and deliver my package
If I changed the country they managed to redirect the delivery and if it were „lost“ they found it again

I am really disappointed in the quality of the bracelet for the cost it’s far too overpriced. It doesn’t fit properly too big and can’t adjust the size on my wrist. I suppose buying on line is always a risk. It’s a pretty colour, that’s about all!

This is my second order with them, and I must say that my initial experience was quite pleasant; the items I received were of good quality. However, I recently placed a second order, and despite the tracking information indicating that it has been delivered, I have yet to receive anything.

I promptly reached out to the company via email to address the issue and request a refund, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. Given this situation, I am left with no choice but sharing my concerns on social media and explore my rights in this matter.

It's truly disappointing, as their products are nice, but the delivery and customer service aspects have fallen short. If you value peace of mind, I would caution against ordering from this company

I absolutely love this company so, so much! Stunning absolutely beautiful pieces of jewellery. I got the raw citrine silver ring.. perfect fit & everyone who I’ve showed loves it just as much & the clear quarts necklace, which I also love. Best little jewellery shop I’ve come across. It’s fantastic quality. I can’t wait to purchase more pieces. Crystals are my fave. So this shop is right up my street. Definitely worth its 5* rating I’ve given.
