Such a service. From initial contact, visit, collection and return of our beloved sofa. Beautiful work. Everything done in time. They kept us informed of timings and were able to stick to it.

Ben Royall, the Regional Service Manager from ISM Furniture Sevices arrived as scheduled this morning.
Bens task was to replaced the operating mechanism in one of our reclining chairs.
Ben completed the operation in a timely manner, he displayed a very friendly, tidy and efficient mannerism.
Highly recommended Company for those people who are seeking furniture repairs.

We recently had some damage repaired to a chair which was purchased from Hunters Furniture Derby. The technician, Norman, visited our house and was extremely polite and courteous and made an excellent repair to the chair. ISM are a first class company and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting furniture repairs.

We got a bed from Danetti and it was faulty. So ISM FS (Ben) came out to review the damage. Ben was absolutely brilliant explaining what needs to be done and sending the report to Danetti. I then arranged the parts to be delivered from Danetti and Jo at ISM Fs coordinated for Ben to return and dismantle the faulty bed and assemble the new bed. I could have assembled the bed myself but on my first attempt it took me hours! Ben did the whole job including dismantling the old bed and assembling the new bed in 1 hour (that's two jobs) Ben and Jo are extremely friendly and kind to deal with, thank you both.

Cannot recommend ISM enough, professional, friendly service.

I have had problems with some furniture over the years & each time ISMfs have been the service provider. They have always kept me updated & the repair work carried out has been excellent. I have no problem in highly recommending them.

I have had cause to use the services of ISM FS after having a fault with a button that operates the recliner.
Ben, a service manager came to assess the problem in December and it was arranged for him to complete the problem today. It was a pleasure dealing with him and his work was superb. Very tidy, friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Apologies as meant to do this review prior to Christmas. I cannot fault both the two Steve’s who made my 93 year old mother so happy and helped to prevent an extremely dangerous situation.

My mother’s Parker Knoll recliner chair got stuck flat open and she was risking a fall trying to get on and off it. I contacted these guys to see if they could help. With a bit of a wait due to pre-Christmas furniture deliveries taking place and their need to be on standby, I feared she may break her hip.

To my complete amazement, realising this was an urgent situation, Steve somehow managed to change schedules and get one of his engineers to call on my mum within 2 hours! The engineer (also called Steve) took a detour from his scheduled route and called in to her and sorted it all. He was also able to fit her with a manual handset to work it. She was over the moon and so was I!

Thank you so much guys for going above and beyond. You will definitely be my go to provider, if I’m ever in need of furniture repairs again. The professionalism between the two of you was exemplary! Your company deserves to do really well. I should also state that the honesty of your engineer was a rarity and he dealt with my mother and myself with the utmost honesty.

We recently had an inspection done on our armchair which is only 10 months old and the supporting framework on the arm has collapsed which happened on the same chair after only 3 months on the opposite side which was inspected and repaired on site by Homeserve who said it was a manufacturing fault however your inspection said it was due to customer use putting his arm on the chair which is ludicrous as an armchair should be strong enough to sustain an arm
This was bought from fabb furniture who are now refusing to repair it due to the inspection
We have been in touch with trading standards who have said this product is not fit for purpose and should be repaired or replaced we are very disappointed and confused at the inspection carried out by one of your employees who didn't even do a thorough investigation Fabb2162 report
