A great product and excellent technical support.

I bought the iSmartGate for my garage door and didn't know how to install it. I sent photos of the garage door motor and they quickly sent me the electronic configuration for installing it with my door. Thank you so much for your help. It's a fantastic product. It works wonderfully with the mobile app. Now I can open and close the garage door remotely from anywhere using my phone. It also shows me the door's status and sends a notification every time it opens or closes. It's perfect. Thank you.

Exceptional Product and Customer Service

I've been a customer for quite a few years now. Had a little mishap with the video license and not only were they super quick to resolve it for us, their communication was fantastic. The product is second to none, and backed up by exceptional customer service. Don't hesitate.

Hot Tip - for those using Carplay, add it to Apple Home then add your door as a widget to your Carplay screen. Quick button on your dashboard to then open/close your gate or garage door!

Support is good, product is so so

Support is good. And that is very important. I have the ismartgate mini, and do regret choosing this product. The app is not good and the build quality of the device and sensor is bad. The sensor broke when the adhesive tape didn't hold it and i had to buy a new one, which cost almost as much as the product itself. Would expect a sensor like that to be a bit more robust. It is integrated with homey, but not officially supported. So support is good and it was easy to set up, but I'm not convinced.

Solid product with an amazing customer…

Solid product with an amazing customer support team. Have it for more than 5 years, works flawlessly.

Interface can support better UX, but however I use Home on iOS, so using the iSmartGate app just to setup and check firmware updates. :)

If only all technology companies…

If only all technology companies provided customer service like these people do.

Even before I ordered a product, they took enough time and shared all the necessary detail to make the right product choice.

Next, upon installation they were prompt and precise in their support.

I know this should be normal when you buy a product, but unfortunately nowadays it is an exception and I applaud ismartgate for this excellent service level.

Moreover, the product works as a should and it's a joy to use in my Apple HomeKit environment.

Device worked perfectly well

Device worked perfectly well, very easy to use and setup. Be careful with the tape that is supplied with the sensor though, you might want to consider a stronger vhb tape. Nice to get everything working through the cloud!
