Great customer service

I had a problem with my order. It was a UPS problem. I e-mailed Derek and he responded quickly. After several more e-mails even though it was not his problem Derek tracked my order and it was delivered promptly. I was leaving where it was delivered and left package for my sister in law. I still needed the merchandise and he fast tracked a delivery to where I was. We corresponded many times. He was so helpful and friendly. The customer service at this company goes above and beyond. I was impressed. I highly recommend and trust 1smokes.
