Bent u toevallig in de buurt van onze hoofdvestiging in Moerkapelle en wilt u isolatieadvies of wilt u even kennismaken? Kom eens langs voor een heerlijk kopje koffie! Op woensdag krijgt u er zelfs een pannenkoekje bij.

Incompetent "professionals"
Horrible service and incompetent "professionals"!!!! They came, advised, took super long to come for the service, only to come up with "there's stuff down in the crawling space and we can't install the insulation". How come the advisor never saw this??? Isn't he supposed to "advise"?????? I waited so long and then got no insulation for sheer lack of competence!!! Then I never got a follow up from them and when I called the "customer service representative" said they don't have any records of this in the system and that I was "too angry". It's laughable!!! I do not recommend them at all. Horrible, disorganised and incompetent company!

Oh, oh… Wat een telefoongesprek vanmiddag. De details laten we achterwege. Onze medewerker die u probeerde te helpen, kon er qua woorden en volume niet tussen komen.
We begrijpen uw teleurstelling. In een gedeelte van de kruipruimte kwamen de monteurs veel rommel tegen. Tijdens de inspectie heeft de adviseur dit niet goed gezien. Dat is natuurlijk ontzettend vervelend, vooral voor u. Maar laten we wel netjes blijven communiceren, zodat we samen kunnen kijken hoe we dit kunnen oplossen.
Jammer dat u aangeeft, erg lang op ons te moeten wachten. Wij denken dat we – in deze drukke tijden – onze uiterste best doen iedereen snel te helpen. Ook u. Binnen 14 dagen na uw offertevraag ontving u aan huis een gratis isolatieadvies op maat. Na het accepteren van uw offerte hebben wij de werkzaamheden binnen 2 maanden ingepland. Dat is ons inzien op dit moment een nette levertijd.
Inmiddels hebben we met elkaar weer mailcontact. Dat gaat beter.
Voor nu wensen wij u toch een fijn weekend.
