Charles Shelter Jersey - Excellent
Ordered on an August Monday afternoon from the UK, delivered on the Wednesday lunchtime. Worn for the first time on a ride over the Bealach na Ba in Wester Ross on the Saturday in less than ideal conditions. Light rain beaded and then ran off the jersey surface. Heavier rain looked as if it might get through but in nearly two hours of rain at no time did I feel as if i was soaked. Being close-fitting I didn't overheat or feel perspiration building up. For me this works better than the lightweight rain jacket that it replaced.

I have recently had an issue with a pair of bibs I ordered. I made the Isoles Customer Service aware and they quickly offered me a new pair, which arrived within days. I really appreciate it and absolutely love your products.

Brilliant Service
Brilliant Service. Had to return jersey due to wrong size ordered. Free returns (courier picked up!) and refund within few days. Replacement jersey ordered on a Saturday and arrived Monday! Jerseys are on small side and would recommend sizing at least one size up (Possibly 2). Jerseys themselves are excellent. My default stop for future jersey purchases!

Excellent cycling kit, delivery with DHL also went well. Package comes with free return labels and instructions (should you need it). However, using the sizing guide and instructions provided on the website, I was able to find the perfect size right away.
