Terrible
- Floor insulation: Very difficult to make appointment for floor isolation and then they "discovered" they will have to make a hole underneath and want me to pay extra. Work still not done after months.
- Cavity wall insulation: they sprayed small foam balls all over the outside of the house and then did not clean it up properly; then eventually gave me 50 Euros compensation several weeks later after I complained.
