We would like to clarify certain points regarding the review posted by Jude about our company, Cryoflame Technologies LLP.
Jude approached us for one website design. Although his advance payment was much lower than the agreed amount, we still proceeded and delivered four unique designs. The first three designs were fully created by our team. The fourth and final design was made entirely according to Jude’s own instructions — customised page by page exactly as he requested. None of these designs were accepted by him.
Despite this, he insisted that we proceed with backend development, which we completed. When we followed up for the remaining payment, he avoided our calls, blocked my WhatsApp number, and when contacted from another number, he used extremely inappropriate language and verbally insulted us.
We always aim to maintain professionalism and deliver quality work to our clients. Mutual respect, clear communication, and honoring payment agreements are essential for a smooth working relationship. We have complete evidence of the work done and the communications, and we are happy to provide clarification to anyone who wishes to verify the facts.
