I ran into a snag while setting up my…

I ran into a snag while setting up my filters and realized the O-rings were missing. I’m not sure if they didn’t make it into the box or if I accidentally tossed them while I was tearing through the packaging, but either way, I was stuck.

Jonathan jumped in and got it sorted out fast. No back-and-forth or unnecessary hoops—he just knew exactly what was needed and handled it with zero friction. It’s rare to find customer service this precise and reliable, especially twice in a row.

If you’re setting up an iSpring system and run into trouble, ask for Jonathan. Huge thanks for getting my project back on track!

Great customer service

The pipes to my house have a lot of rust, and I need both a whole-house water filter and the “iSpring spring-down sediment filter” to best clean the water before it enters my home. The iSpring is a great second pass for the smaller sediment that the first filter misses. I had some questions about installing the Auto-flush module for my iSpring spring-down sediment water filter. Thanks to Laurence’s help, I was able to quickly install the auto-flush module and get it working properly. It’s super easy to do and I am very happy with the customer support I received from Laurence, and for the performance of the product.

Great iSpring Water Filter System

Have a great value for my money when i decided to purchase iSpring Water filter syatem US31 series.
Installation myself made easier following the manual guidelines and online instructions.
What made it best is the package unit and the necessary hardwares are complete.
I’m presently in touch with customer service Julius to update my warranty.
Hoping he will make this possible even thou I bought my iSpring unit from the Philippines.

Well Water Improvements At A Reasonable Price

Recently, we decided to purchase an additional whole-house water filter to help reduce Iron in our water. We chose the iSpring WGB31B.

I had a few questions, so I contacted iSpring. Their Customer Service Rep, Laurence responded and was VERY helpful. He answered all my questions and calmed my concerns. He didn't pressure me about the purchase.

Great Customer Service

I was delighted with the customer service I received when seeking an answer to a question I had regarding a recent installation. Jonathon quickly picked up my call and was able to provide me with the information I was looking for. The product itself, a 20" three filter set up seems very well built and looks like it will provide many years of quality service.

Excellent Customer Service!!!

I purchased a filter system for a home we are building. When the package arrived the carbon filter was broken. I contacted ISpring customer service and spoke with Jonathon. He was very helpful and professional. Jonathan quickly replaced the broken filter. Thank you Ispring and Jonathan for excellent customer service.

This company is the real deal!

John has been more helpful than any other company we’ve worked with, providing exceptional support in just a short phone call. Every question I had was answered clearly and thoroughly, and he truly went above and beyond what most companies would offer.
If you’re considering switching from a bottled water system to a direct-line filtered system, this is absolutely a company worth your attention. I did extensive research before making the decision, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. My experience has been entirely positive, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone considering making the change.

I purchased the WGB21B again

I purchased the WGB21B again, after having installed the same system in my previous home. What a difference in the taste of the water! The installation of this filter was very simple with easy to follow instructions. I highly recommend this product. Robert, in customer service, was very helpful in setting up my warranty registration.

Fantastic water filter system and service

We've had their whole home system since 2019 and loved it ever since. Last Fall, I thought I'd replaced the last filter in the series with the correct one but I put in an FG25 instead of the usual FM25. So, we started having sulphur smell and taste again.

I couldn't really figure it out so I reached out the company directly. Julius in customer service provided OUTSTANDING care and even FedExed us the correct filter.

Eureka. Problem solved and the water is again the envy of the neighborhood.

Great products and, given our first interaction with customer service, amazing care too.

No hassle replacement of filter

I installed a WSP-50 filter in my water system. First of all, I appreciate the easy cleaning function of the filter - just flip the valve and all the loose sediment simply drains out of a hose. Very easy.
What prompted this review is that the screen on the filter split at the seam after 10 months, so I contacted the company for a replacement. I soon heard back from Jonathan, who informed me that my replacement filter is on its way. I appreciate the great service!

i was hesitating to buy this filter but…

i was hesitating to buy this filter but when i bought it and started to install it i knew it was the best buy i ever did. the installation video was so easy and detailed so you wont miss it. then during and after the installation i had to contact the customer service an agent called Francis answer my email quickly and gave me the best service ever he was very understanding, polite and motivated it shows that he likes his job, and that made me feel more safe for the future needs. the most important thing for a customer is the client service and i can rate it 10/10 with Francis.

I "did it myself" 3-stage filter

I prefer to "do it myself" vs hiring a plumber. The installation of my iSpring 3-stage filter went very well. The improvement in the quality of my well water is impressive. I highly recommend this company and product to other people wanting better water.

Received excellent support for a water softener system

Purchased a water softener setup from iSpring Water Systems through Amazon and have been very satisfied with my purchase. The water softener itself has had no issues so far. I did run into an issue with the auto-flush unit on the downspin pre-filter, but I was able to contact customer support directly at iSpring and Julius quickly helped me get a replacement unit. This is a company that stands by their products and provides great service. Highly recommend iSpring Water Systems!

ISPRING DS4S

I had purchased the Ispring DS4S water dispenser through Amazon. Shipping was fast. There was an issue with the product but thanks to Laurence she was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Exceptional Quality and Service: A 4-Month Review of the iSpring RCC1UP-AK-BLK

After four months of use, I am incredibly satisfied with my investment in the iSpring RCC1UP-AK-BLK 7-Stage Reverse Osmosis System. I chose this model to ensure safer, better-tasting water for my home while eliminating microplastics from bottled water.

Value & Investment:
This system is a great money-saver. Based on my calculations, the unit will pay for itself in less than 11 months, meaning I only have eight months left until it has completely cleared its own cost.

Customer Service & Delivery:
Before purchasing, I contacted iSpring directly with several questions. A representative named Francis was truly kind and helpful, guiding me toward the right unit for my needs. I ordered via Amazon on December 31st, and it arrived in perfect condition by January 3rd. The packaging was excellent, with every component individually protected.

Installation & Build Quality:
The materials are high quality, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Because I am currently renting, I installed the system in the laundry room rather than under the kitchen sink. Following the recommended steps led to a perfect installation with zero leaks or issues.

Pro-Tip: Monitoring Performance:
I chose to add pressure gauges to monitor three critical points: incoming street pressure, post-prefilter pressure, and the pump pressure entering the membrane. Here is what I have learned for those looking to optimize their system:
• Optimal Pressure: The system performs best between 40–80 PSI (60 PSI is ideal).
• Prefilter Health: A 2–3 PSI drop between the incoming water and the post-prefilter gauge is normal. A larger drop indicates it is time to change the filters.
• Recommended Changes to Time Schedule Changes:
o Keep this in mind the time between changes will be directly affected by conditions of the fed water. Your city or raw water will have water hardness that will impact the prefilter life span. If you do not pay attention will also affect the RO Membrane
o Note: Water Hardness; concentration of Calcium and Magnesium. Must be a major concern if your water came from a well, instead of the city water. Will need specialized test or Professional Private lab test to determine results.
o TDS or Total Dissolved Solids; All dissolved Organic and Inorganic Substances. This is an easier way to evaluate (and safer if is city water) and know your TDS Number, e.g., salts, metals, minerals, including Calcium and Magnesium dissolved in your water.
• Note: Always consult, there is a possibility that any modification(s), alteration(s) may void seller warranty.
• Scientific Monitoring (Rejection Rate): You can use a TDS meter to calculate the Rejection Rate:
o Formula: [(Feed TDS – Permeate TDS) / Feed TDS] x 100
o You will need to buy a TDS Meter, to measure PPM (parts per million)
 Notes: If you are interested in a System with Remineralization (to add back essentials minerals, calcium, magnesium sodium, and potassium, to enhance water quality and taste) I strongly suggest getting a Meter that also reads Ph; helps you visualize the water alkalinity level (the higher more alkaline).
 If the meter can read Conductivity, it can give you a notion of the Water Hardness and TDS (the lower the, lower the amount of WH and TDS).
 Values of TDS on a RO System with Alkalinization stage are always higher than a None Alkalinization stage one.
o A rate of 95–99% is excellent.
o If it drops below 95%, it is time for re-order, 94-90% replace.
o 90-below, you should not wait for this values. You may want to run on the safe side; remember you want to extend RO Membrane life.
Final Verdict:
Pros; I highly recommend iSpring Water Systems LLC. Their support is top-notch, and the product quality is evident. I choose the one with pump because it makes it more efficient in terms of less wastewater (known as; rejected, concentrated or brine), and faster & great-taste water than the one without pump. Need to add that the UV filtration is a plus for killing living things (not our actual case, but later; we may have one with water well) adding more safe water. I never measure the exact time to produce a full RO tank (from empty to full), but as an approximation is less than one hour. Straight forward installation with diagrams, mayor components ensembled. Everything came extremely well packaged in a single big box. The first of the three prefilters is transparent, giving you a chance to see the condition. The mechanism to stop the water input (to the system) makes the system safer and helps prevent water damage in case of an accident.
Cons; Be aware that on this configuration you will be required to have an electric receptacle to power the Pump and the UV Ultra-Violet Sterilizer. In a power failure you cannot produce water.
