After thinking on something like this

After thinking on something like this, we went with iSpring 6stage under sink filtering over ChatGPT recommendation and felt like It was a good choice we've made.
Jonathan has helped us registering warranty and looking forward to seeing it last few years with a recommended maintenance.

My Leaking Faucet (#209495) Excellent customer service!

I cannot thank Sean at ispring enough for his help! I was having trouble with my faucet and was worried about my warranty claim, but Sean was incredibly understanding and professional! He went above and beyond to make sure I got a replacement part quickly. ( By the way , the plumber I knew wanted $462. 00 to replace a new faucet , with labor costs.Thank God, Sean helped me to saved that cost.)
It is rare to find such dedicated customer service. I very much appreciate Sean and highly recommended I spring.

GREAT PRODUCTS AND GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

We have used iSpring R/O systems for years and had upgraded to the 7-Stage R/O System 8 months ago. While filling my coffee pot with water the tubing started to vibrate and we were not sure what was happening since we have never had an issue with with any of the systems previously. I contacted customer service and Laurence was able to help us troubleshoot and fix the issue. I highly recommend this company, their products and their knowledgeable and courteous customer support. One can definitely notice the difference in the quality of the water when compared to bottled and refrigerator filtered water.

SOFT WATER

I spent BIG BUCKS getting a water system from brand X, Thinking that it was going to do the job. Sad to say I didn't do enough research and now I'm stuck with it. So I tried to put on a bandage by buying a DESCALER from Ispring . It has helped and I think now I can live with the system that I have but my water isn't as soft as I would like. ISPRING has been a good company to deal with and wish I had started there.

Easy Install of Two Filter System

We recently installed an iSpring two filter system with sediment spinner. We chose it because of the great reviews. Installation was easy and the system works as designed. We placed a couple of phone calls to tech support before purchasing our system and they were very helpful. Julius has also been very helpful setting up our warranty by email. Suggestions: pressure gauges in the inlet and outlet of the two stage filter or clear plastic housing for the filters instead of the blue

Great customer service

We’ve been using our iSpring filtration system for several years. Few weeks ago we noticed that the faucet was dripping. I reached out to customer service and received an immediate response. John was wonderful and he quickly sent us a replacement faucet. We cannot express how happy we are with the product and the customer service of this company! Thank you!

I like my new iSpring RO500AK-BN

I like my new iSpring RO500AK-BN. I installed it myself, which went pretty well. My only complaint would be that the written and video instructions could have gone into a bit more detail. For example, on the blue clips that hold the connectors together, it doesn't say whether the little tabs should point up or down. It's up, as I finally figured out, but not until I had to remove some and flip them over.

But I like the design of the system. I've only been using it for about 3 weeks now, but so far so good.

Also, the QR bar didn’t work when I tried to send in the warranty. I tried it a few times. So I ended up mailing it in, which is fine.

Because I didn't talk to anyone about installing the system, I really can't make any comments there.

I brew beer

I brew beer. I bought the RCS5T in April 2019. I was instantly happy with it. We live in North Texas and the lake water that supplies our area is very, very hard. Because it is lake water the local processors heavily flush the water lines with chlorine twice a year. The chlorine is so strong you can smell it running in the sink or shower. As I mentioned, I brew beer so the RO system gave me clean, unscented water to build from and water is the base of good beer. I eventually ran out of the filters I had stocked up on and was looking for a replacement RO membrane and could not find one, tried several, none fit. I emailed Ispring in 2026 and told them it looked like the RCS5T RO housing had been updated and I would like to know if I could buy the new housing for my system?
I got a response within 24 hours. Iris kindly acknowledged the change and informed me that the new RO housing would not work with the prior system. She said that they may be able to help if I could provide purchase receipts and a picture of the system. I forwarded everything and again got a response within 24 hours. Iris informed me they would send me the new RCS5T complete system free of charge. I would only need to buy the new filters and membrane. She verifed some more information and in about 5 days there was a new RO system sitting at my front door. I ordered the new filters. To say that I am very impressed with service and the way Ispring does business is an understatement. Our cooking and drinking water taste and smell great again and my beer, did I mention I brew beer? It is top notch also. Thank you Isping and thank you Iris!

We ordered a iSprings Water Systems…

We ordered a iSprings Water Systems tank 7 years ago when we finished building our house. After seven years we noticed it was taking longer to fill our water bottles and needed to replace the tank due to a pressure issue. The new tank is great!

Excellent product and service.

My experience has been very good. I ordered my whole house heavy duty system on the Walmart site. Excellent value and product quality. Shipment arrived in excellent condition and instruction were clear and easy to understand. My plumber was complimentary of the instructions and how secure the parts were packaged. Johnathan was very helpful as I had a couple of questions registering. He quickly resolved my question and the three year warranty. The product works as advertised and our water is exceptional. No odors, no more water stains and is crystal clear. I highly recommend this product and ISpring Water Systems

The system works great

The system works great. It's pretty much the only water my wife will drink now days. I did have one minor problem about a year in. I contacted Julius through the warranty email. He was great to work with. He got the system back up and running. Overall, it's been a great system and experience.

We definitely noticed a difference in…

We definitely noticed a difference in water quality. It successfully removed heavy chlorine odors, metallic tastes, and sediment- the water in Santa Barbara is hard and can taste chlorine-y.

The system came pre-assembled on a mounting bracket. For those comfortable with basic plumbing (PEX or copper), it is a straightforward weekend project.

Seems like a really good investment

We have lived in Charlotte, North Carolina for 14 years. Our water is awful. It smells can be grimy when you come out of the shower. You didn’t feel clean. We could only use bottled water or Brita.

I researched and reviewed quite a few water filtration systems and ispring was the winner due to its price and what we needed it to do. Our plumber said it was a good choice for our 1500 ft.² townhome. Well he installed it last week and the difference has been amazing in our water! The smell is gone. I’m happy to cook again. Our clothes are cleaner. The water doesn’t smell in the washer anymore. Even the toilet water is cleaner in that the disgusting material under the rim is gone after a good scrub! Just remember if you install one of these that you have to change the three filters about every six months. Read the instructions carefully.

Welp im a snob now to amazing water…

Welp im a snob now to amazing water now. This system has turned my high sodium well water, into amazing tasting water all around. I do add a few drops of minerals for my mental welbeing. Im getting this system for my parents. Id get it for everyone. Now ispring....dont go being sold or anything cause ill be your customer for filters for life!! Amazon makes it easy to buy filters. Buy it...you wont hate it
