Great product & service, arrived far quicker than I was expecting.

This store had the only holster I wanted to fit my Glock 20 with a light, the Fobus EMG 20/21. After weeks of looking, I finally found it here. The holster shipped from Israel, so it took a couple weeks, but it was well worth the wait.

Ordered a charging handle for my Roni G2 and shipping was quick as it arrived in a week to Canada. Only issue was it came damaged and I informed customer service immediately and a replacement was sent asap. Still waiting for the replacement though and will update soon.

I ordered a Micro Roni on 24 Feb that was supposedly in stock and was to be delivered by 28th. No tracking number provided. I reached out to IDS customer service twice and received a reply saying they were checking status, still nothing!

Very good quality and fast delivery to Bulgaria (only 3 weeks).
I'm very pleased.

This about the 8th or 9th time I used this style buttstock. It is my preferred buttsock, only down side is the buttstock has to be opened a certain length or the cheek rest is in the way, I have trimmed a couple of rhe cheek rest to fit so it's adjustable sort of.

So far my experience has been very disappointing. I have sent several emails and received no response. Phone numbers are useless and the chat feature seems to have been removed. I ordered a red dot and sights package for my roni, I bought the roni from a different vendor, but received a different brand of sights than advertised, no instructions.I received no instructions or operating manual for the red dot which was also a different model than advertised. Why in the world would a red dot be sent with no instructions or operating manual? Without operating instructions it’s hard to tell if the red dot is even functional. I cannot get it to turn on. Very frustrating after waiting 2+ weeks for delivery. I’ll keep trying to contact vendor and give them an opportunity to correct their error but not a good customer experience so far and the customer service is non-existent at this point. I will gladly update my rating if they are able to resolve my issue to my satisfaction. Until then, I strongly advise you research this company and it’s reviews

The quality out of the box was fantastic. I’ll know more once I shoot it. All in all I think this will be a good addition to tool box

Very nice holster exactly what I expected but I think you should put the adjustable swivel paddle on just because it is simply more comfortable while in the seated positions for example like the Glock 19 gen 5 fobus case I have kinda puts the gun off your side more while still being attached thank you for such great service keep it up

Unable to ship to Canada even tho website say world wide shipping.

Very happy with the holster. However, the lack of a printed users manual along with extra parts that were not needed was troubling. Found what I needed on-line and was able to assemble and adjust.

Its been 2 weeks and no Tracking number…
I will not recommend to buy from this website…
