Issues with return
The package arrived a bit later than I expected. It was beautifuly packed, and the dress was parfumed. However the dress had black stains on the inner part of the dress, the outer part had two blue stains. The shop said they will exchange if I send it back on my on expence. I don't like that.

Excellent customer service
Proactive customer service! They are working on getting my package delivered. I modified the address on the portal right after I purchased the item since it was missing some information. Unfortunately, it was not taken into account but the company is making sure to deliver it after all. Im excited to receive the items as I heard good things about the brand 🤩

I do not recommend anyone to order online here!! I received my order a few days ago, which had some stains. I contacted them with two emails, wrote on Instagram and here on Google. A response came on Instagram after few days, they’ve sent a link and told I could send this back. There are no answers to further questions! Somehow you don't get the supposed return label either.
