We had a few checkups with IMA, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Ayça and Cenk were allocated to assist us, and we spent most of our time with them. They were nothing short of phenomenal—supportive, informative, and consistently available throughout our stay.

Ayça went above and beyond, not only helping us navigate our health and dental checkups, but also assisting with everything from recommending places to visit in Turkey to personally driving us around to pick up things we needed. Her kindness and dedication truly made a lasting impression.

I would definitely recommend IMA for anyone considering a health or dental checkup. Thank you to all the staff for your outstanding service!

I highly recommend Istanbul Med Assist. I'm from Australia and have been having digestive issues for years. I was going to have to wait for over a year for a colonoscopy and I couldnt afford to go private in Australia. We were coming to Istanbul on holiday so I decided to take advantage of Istanbul Med Assist and booked the premium gastro package. Wow what a service- you are treated like a VIP. They come and pick you up and take you to the hospital. There is someone from Med Assist with you the whole time. I had a young lady called Yasmine and she was an angel. The results are super quick and I got to see the doctor/surgeon the same day to get results and feedback. They found things that doctors in Australia have been missing for years. The medical director of Med Assist went through all the results with me and they even got the surgeon on the phone for some follow on questions i had. On Saturday following the procedure I got confused about the prescriptions I had been given. I messaged the medical director and he helped me out with a full schedule on a Saturday morning- where else in the world would you get service like that!! I can't recommend these guys enough. Do yourself a favour - this was the best money I've ever spent for anything medical.

I had a great experience, Ayca was absolutely lovely and very efficient. I was happy with how the day went, how she cared for us so much & the experience overall. Thanks so much for my health check, ill be back in the future :)

Is it reasonable to be asked to pay a deposit of €250 for arranging transportation as part of the IVF treatment package? As I am travelling from outside Turkey.

The medical care received was extraordinary. From conducting scans, laboratory test, interpretation of results and medical options was super great. Overall, I could described the medical care service delivery as a benchmark for excellence. The hospitality received from Nesryn Okandar was welcoming, my Turkish Daugther.
