Very bad service. The products delivered are not of the same quality as promised in the shop. When you try to reach out to customer service, they declined you and speak loudly and rudely to you. Stay away from here if you have the slightest self-respect and don’t want to lose your money

They are not reliable at all!
They know nothing about communication and customer service! They were promising to me multiple times but they didn’t do anything!
to just not taking the responsibility of low quality sofa! any time with different reasons! They said multiple times that they call me back but it never happened!

Avoid trusting this company’s claims about a 10-year warranty – it’s misleading. I purchased a £1,000 bunk bed from them, and within less than a year, the bed began wobbling and eventually broke. Despite the supposed warranty, my requests for a repair were ignored. I had to travel repeatedly from South London to N18 (North London) to speak with them in person. After all that effort, they told me last week that I would have to pay for the replacement part myself. Very disappointing experience.

I had high hopes for my experience with Istikbal møbler, but I was ultimately disappointed. The furniture we purchased had issues with the sofa legs and beds, making them unsafe to use. We were promised a 5,000 kr gift card as compensation for the delayed delivery and sofa legs issue, but we never received it.

We contacted the store to request repairs, but they have been slow to respond and unhelpful in resolving the issues. We cannot pay the remaining balance until the problems are fixed, but the store has not been proactive in addressing our concerns.

Overall, I would not recommend Istikbal møbler to others. The quality of their products and customer service has fallen short of our expectations, and we have been left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
