This service is rubbish

This service is rubbish. It’s no cheaper than purchasing the magazine at the store plus you’ll get it sooner if you do - My magazine arrives 1 - 2 weeks after I see it at our local post shot.

Terrible!

Make sure you get it delivered by NZ Post otherwise some random who either can't get up and/or dumps their stock, will be your delivery person leaving the whole process up to luck.
The call centre people are polite but can't do much other than add copies to your subscription - that is, if you can understand them.
I missed three in a row, they don't know where they are, can't backdate them, and I don't get the next issue for another three weeks - how annoying is that!
You're taking your chances and I don't know how the ☆ system works here because Isubscribe should be 0-1 stars (not 2.8), trust me though Isubscribe is terrible!

Absolutely shocking experience

Absolutely shocking experience. I bought my 9 year old daughter a magazine subscription for the Kids National Geographic magazine for Christmas. 12 weeks later and she hasn't received a single issue. So disappointing!

Appalling customer service.

After a recent experience I would never deal with this website again. After 6 months of waiting for my subscription, I finally managed to get it sorted in spite of multiple emails and absolutely no help from iSubscribe, despite them being the company that took my money. Absolutely appalling customer service.
