Very poor customer service, I purchased iPhone screen lock password remover, when I use it, it wiped my phone instead of just removing password as claim by iSumsoft, I reported the very same day about the issue and requested for money back till after 2 weeks no help or money back, plus it’s only email no phone support which makes process more slow. Better to stay away.

I bought an 'Apple iPhone SE 1st Gen' from a reputable seller on ebay. It had been a military phone for someone, and had a nasty 'Dept of Defense US Army Surface Military Deployment and Distribution Command' MDM block firmly in place... but only after I'd signed in to my Apple account... A geek friend recommended the 'iSumSoft iPhone Passcode Refixer' to remove the MDM... I couldn't get past the block until I reached out to their Support... It took two emails, but they walked me through the steps to remove the beast and problem solved! Great product!

Software didn't work on my S22. I've asked for a refund several times with no response. DO NOT use this company!!

I was able to bypass the MDM restriction on an iPhone 14 with iOS17.4 using the latest version of iSumsoft iPhone Passcode Refixer.
I had some trouble at first but managed to fix it very quickly thanks to the help of the support team.

My application required that backups be saved to a USB flash drive. Unfortunately, the software generated an Error Code.each time a backup was attempted.
When I contacted Customer Support they went to work and actually reprogrammed the software to address my request. Isumsoft is a great company with superb product support.

They were very quick connecting with me. They tried several different ways to help me. In the end I found a work around that worked. The option to burn to cd/DVD didn't work for me on my windows 10 pc but it did work on a virtual windows xp machine even though it said the burn was a fail. I tested it and it was working fine.

A very fair company, its support is outstanding, I can only recommend it to everyone!

I purchased the software and it didn't work for Samsung Galaxy S21 after trying all the options mentioned. I requested a refund but no response yet.

I purchased iSumsoft Android Password Refixer and it did not work. Pursued the issue with the support and nothing good was suggested; asked to try all OS options under the tool even when it is not designed to work. After 2-3 weeks i asked for refund since ut was supposed to have a 30-day warranty guarantee but the same delay tactic was deployed. There is no intention to refund. Beware of such marketing gimmick esp when the products dont really work. Bottomline, dont buy anything from iSumsoft as the organization is not genuine. It's a small amt of money that i lost but it is the principle that i have been totally disappointed and disguested with the organization.

I bought a service for my phone. But their application did not work. I asked refund but what I wrote or asked they offered me use the alternative way. I thought that they were scammers because their response time is like 24 hours. It means if you try something and send an email them, you will get the next response 24 hours later. Hopefully it worked after many reset and try.

Purchased iSumsoft Outlook Email Password Refixer. It is supposed to list passwords for all profiles in Outlook. It only reports on one (the first) profile. I asked for a refund under their 3

This company is fraudulent. Read the positive reviews here to see they are all written the same and are clearly untrue.

The company isumsoft and their trading name "digital river" have been reported by hundreds of people in Australia. They have also been red flagged for future block lists.
Be warned do not buy or download software from this website. Their practices are extremely dodgy and past the website there are red flags everywhere.
You have been warned.
