Horrible software. Never received a refund. The support is absolutely garbage and scam like.

Don’t buy anything from this scam! I bought a clone software from this company, cloned windows exactly the way as per their instruction, Microsoft Store was missing along with all apps associated with it, couldn’t recover it without deleting then recreating my Microsoft account on windows, all my personal settings including apps installed were gone, totally against the purpose that I bought this software. Support is a joke too, it says 24/7 support but took them nearly 6 hours to respond from my initial question with a meaningless reply. 30 day money back guarantee is a lie too, when I ask for refund they just ignore me. Going through credit card transaction dispute at the moment, won’t let them steal my money.

I was locked out of my Windows 11 MSI computer. It had all my important documents programs etc. and was beyond stressed. ISumsoft was extremely easy to use and was able to reset PW to Blank. Remember to set your BOOT to USB and then follow the prompt. I think the price should be half though since it is very popular but nevertheless it saved me. Highly recommend!

I had a problem with a Lenovo ThinkPad which was locked and I had forgotten password (not used for some time)
I purchased iSumsoft Windows Password Retriever. I downloaded instructions which were straightforward and produced a CD. That was inserted into the Thinkpad and quite quickly I was able to reset the password and the machine was fully operational again .Great piece of equipment.

There was no other way to reset my surface pro 1 password. I bought this password reset and I was able to login in a few seconds. Instructions could be clearer however as the way to make it work is to hold the power button down and volume down button down while turning on the pc. then let go the power while still holding the volume button. Menu comes up and that's it.

This software doesn't work. It's a scam. Please don't purchase it. They are not going to refund you.

I got the software and had a minor issue getting it to work, the helpful support staff had the issue sorted and I had the computer unlocked and ready to use in no time, AAA+ product and support

I bought the program because I had forgotten the password for a locked Excel spreadsheet created many years ago. Unfortunately, in the first place, the program didn't want to work with a .xlsx spreadsheet and when I sorted that it seemed that I needed a different program to find the password to unlock the sheet. I complained that I had already paid for one program that didn't work and didn't want to buy another. At that point someone in the organization same to my help, asked me to send him the spreadsheet and he/she found the password and sent it to me. At all points being very civil and helpful. I am very grateful.

the first version did not work but the help staff sent another one and it was the savior. My laptop that had my life of info and data was locked and their program did it and saved everything. was totally worth the fee. windows 7 pro on lenovo thinkpad.

Absolute scam - do not purchase from them.
I purchased software from them to help me unlock my encrypted usb on my Macbook so I could access the files. But the software didn't work.
I have been back and forth with their support team via email and they have been unable to help me. I requested a refund multiple times but they never respond to that part of the email.
Avoid at all costs!

Chinese scam. The software doesn't work and when you email their "support team" you get responses in broken English that make no sense.

When I asked for a refund according to their policy, my request was ignored, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Do NOT do business with these people. Their product is useless and they do not stand behind it.

I purchased iSumoft Windows password Refixer Personal. Unfortunately I did not work for me. So I mailed iSumoft and got a reply very quickly. After a few pointers they were able to help me and everything worked! Thank you so much

The sandisc USB3 128Gb I was using was brand new and must have a fault. I will ask for my money back!

I purchased a second brand new Lexar USB2 64Gb and the v8 program worked.
I have much to thank you for your guidance.

I had a windows 10 dell inspiron laptop that I forgot it's windows login password. I bought the personal version of the software and I had a technical problem while booting up with the boot disk and their support team resolved all the issues I had with few minutes. I highly recommend their software for everyone!

waste of time, you can't try their software, you have to pay from the first day..
