They took £75 from my account without my acknowledgement, we're still in credit. But the money was taken by debit, no invoice was provided, just taken.

Disgraceful.

I have been using ISurvey since 2014 and in the past have found them helpful. Andy has left and the new introduction of Hello Reports has left ISurvey users in Limbo. A lot was promised when the new Hello system was introduced and I found out today that the ISurvey software is bug ridden and they have stated that they are nolonger supporting this platform. Due to the amount of time I have been with ISurvey I would have expected notice of this happening. I have tried contacting them and except for a curt reply saying you are on your own they have not had the balls to call me to discus my options. I feel let down by Fraser and his team. I have asked them to call me tomorrow, only time will tell.

Very helpful team, I am a new start up and have found them to be very knowledgable, able to answer any questions quickly and help me get going.

I have been using iSurvey for exactly four years now. Andrew and his crew have always picked up my calls in good time and have always responded to my emails on same day that I sent them. And they are now on hand 24/7 to answer any queries. The software is very user friendly but still very in depth, nothing is left out. It is very versatile and works on all types of tablet and laptop. I have so much to say, suffice to say, they probably are the best in their field.

I have worked with Andrew and the iSurvey team for a number of years now and am very pleased with their quick responses to queries, their constantly evolving software that is completely malleable to fit any type of inspection and their friendly approach to the job. I'm looking forward to continuing to work together and to see how the software progresses for the foreseeable future.

We have been using iSurvey for a number of years now and find the software easy to use and download/share with Landlords and Tenants. We have always dealt with Andy who has provided endless support in the early days and always tried to assist with changes as and when we have requested them. Can't fault the service we have received.

The iSurvey app is easy to use. We use it for inventory and move out checks and have got no problems with them. Customer service is fast and efficient especially now that they have their webchat.

We have just started using this app and it has been enjoyable and pretty straightforward. Like all ... a bit of patience is required at the start :)

I've just used the on-line support portal, accessed whilst I was in my account on the desktop. Moray was excellent. He helped with my query quickly and efficiently. I'm really impressed with this additional way to get assistance from an always helpful team!
