Mediamarkt hat ebenfalls versucht da der Kauf über Mediamarkt Online gekauft wurde, auch da keine Reaktion. Lasst die Finger davon !!

Habe eine Philips Soundbar über diesen Händler gekauft die nach einem Firmware Update keinen Ton mehr abspielte. Der Philips support meinte, dass diese über den Händler ausgetauscht werden muss. Leider ignoriert der Händler jegliche Mails und Telefonanrufe seit bereits 3 Wochen. Finger weg vor diesem Händler. Ich werde nun gezwungen rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten um meine Rechte geltend zu machen!
