Privalia pro and cons
I quite like the selection and the app design. In fact the app overall is quite nice.
I have to say that very often prices are not so competitive and what’s more you need to pay the shipment which doesn’t come out in favor. Return policy too isn’t that good: I used once and I remember I needed to pay for the shipment, that’s why now I only buy when I’m absolutely sure.
A very good thing is that you use GLS as a courier which allows you to change delivery place in case you can’t be available.
I think that if you can improve the 2-3 pain points than it will help to make Privalia one of the best in the market.

The sizes and descriptions of the items on the website do not correspond to the current sizes. In the last order, a women's sweatshirt size M corresponded to a men's XXXL. In the same order an item was described as a pullover and instead I received a blouse. The costs and conditions of return are not convenient for the buyer who has always pay the cost of shipping of the goods

The site is good, with good brands and interesting proposals. Usually the description of the product is reliable to the quality/materials. The only dissapointment is delivery terms that, in my opinion, are not organized at all (best choosing a collecting poit instead of home delivery because there is no reliable contacting/tracking the delivery time).

I ordered 2 t shirt with same size "L" different model but one of them have the lengh of shoulder 2 cm for side more lengh. The flag with the size information and so on has been cutted....i think this is a bad procedure !!!!
