32 dollars each, bought 2, came to 132 dollars. First red flag. Instantly cancelled order, response 24 hours later, cannot cancel, all ready been shipped. Second red flag. Itagpro app is in Chinese, cannot change language. Third red flag. Completely unusable. Do not waste your money like I did. These are a scam.

After a few months the battery went flat with no warning. A replacement battery did not revive the connection to my google account even after following the instructions for reconnecting and even trying resetting the tag.
I would never buy another one of these.

ITAGPRO is a rip off. It is not a GPS device so the advertising is false. The shutter makes you pay first and then offers confusing specials that get added so you finish up with more useless devices. Avoid at all costs!!

I initially ordered 4 tags but then tried to cancel the order within 3 hours of making it. I was emailed back and told the order couldn’t be cancelled as it had already been dispatched. Despite several emails from me asking for a refund the tags arrived and I still can’t get a refund 😡
No way would I order from these guys again.

Ordered two of these in the basis that they advertised as “real time location tracking”. What arrived could inly be described as the cheapest, poorly made trash I have ever seen. These devices are Chinese-made Bluetooth tags. They lack any GPS electronics whatsoever. Furthermore, these cannot be added to Apple’s Find My app, again as advertised. Indeed, if you try to see these devices on your iPhone, they do not appear in the lust of devices to “add” under the Bluetooth options in Settings. Sent a demand to the company (support at their domain) for them to retrieve these useless devices and to refund my money immediately. So far, only received an auto-reply stating that they have received my email.

These devices are an offence under the UK Sale of Goods Act as they are unfit for purpose and deliberately misleading in their alleged functionality. Physically, they are cheap plastic cases with a circuit board that is driven by a CR2032 battery. The case is not waterproof, so putting one on a pet would be ill-advised. These are advertised as compatible with Apple’s Find My app, which they are not. The device does not appear in either the Bluetooth Settings device list or the Find My app device list.

Do not buy these if you require functionality of a GPS tag. Do not buy these if you require access in the Find My app from Apple.

I attached tags to my wife's and my keys. Great for finding them in the house. I attached another tag up behind the rear vision mirror so that it would be visible through the windscreen. With the car in the drive and from inside the room closest to the car, the tag can not be seen by the app, so I fail to see how we can use it reliably to find the car in a car park. That the devices are limited to bluetooth range was not clear when I purchased them as it referred to gps location. I consider this to be deceptive. I have since ordered another tracker which is truly a gps device.

Unhappy that the devices are not true GPS devices as advertised and only use Bluetooth to connect to the app. Also not happy that I cannot use the Android Find Hub app and can only use the iTagPro app. I would like a full refund.

Returned my order as not needed did everything as requested, after they stalled with returning details instead reducing the order to get me to accept it, I return all items within the timeframe of their “30 days from order bs”
For them to stall & ghost me of numerous emails some with replies many not, this well into present time (july) then tell me you ain’t getting a penny back.
Absolutely disgusting never ever buy from this crew, crooks is to tame of a word!!

Too much up sales very annoying

I asked for a refund within good time, by the time they sorted out the logistics, offering me a refund of 70% of the purchase price as shipping would cost me - they said that there is no time and we passed the 30 day return window. The item is bad as we all know. And we can establish the entire company is fraudulent. Upset at the few websites that said this tracker was better than the apple AirTag- this was a LIE and this company probably paid them to say it. It's cheap equipment that they have majorly marked up. And they dont let you refund. When I initially bought it, I requested a refund within 10 minutes of buying and they said it had already been shipped. This company have been lying and pulling my leg from the very beginning. I now am £47 short and have a dodgy, AWFUL 'tag' that I probably can't even use for my tag because it's a scummy product. FRAUD, SCAM, DONT BUY FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY. I went back and forth with this company, regarding my refund, the entire time they pretended they would give it to me. By the time I accepted, they said its too late. Again, did I mention the product is cheap plastic rubbish? I bet the good reviews are bots. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I did research before I wasted my money on it.

I had to put one star to post. No star is appropriate

I bought itag pro and couldn't increase the boundary for my pet, so I returned it within 30 days at a cost of $20 to me. The company will not refund my money or send me back the product! They claim it's outside of the 30 day return window. I sent them all of my emails proving it was within their window. They still won't refund my money. Do NOT do business with this fraudulent company!

The ease of ordering was great and the discount on other support products was a lot. This product is at the top of the list in multiple reviews so I was surprised at the cost of things. It really came out to right around what I thought I'd spend.
