Do not buy the gps trackers!!
The description of the product says that's it's a gps locator. After opening it and testing it out it appears to be only a Bluetooth device. It is not what I expected and I'm disappointed that it won't work for tracking my pet as described.
I have reached out 3 or 4x. The company offers reduced refunds. I want a full refund, so I'd have to return items at my expense with no guarantee that I would receive a refund.
Many if these reviews indicate that there's no such thing as a refund in full, rather a lot of excuses.
I am going to my bank.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. ITAG pro is a total scam. It is not GPS. It does not work with “Find My”. The website is not misleading, it’s full of lies. Trying to return and get a refund is nothing short of disgusting. Three weeks later and still no refund. DO NOT BUY this rubbish

Terrible experience
Terrible experience - still ongoing! Ordered was difficult to navigate and eventually ordered items but didn’t realise the cost was in US dollars not AUD. Tried to cancel immediately but email received within 5 minutes of ordering saying order had already been processed and couldn’t be cancelled. Once received found the tags didn’t work. Requested a refund - many emails from the company offering various discounts on refund etc. Eventually settled on a 70% refund which has not been paid to me after 2 weeks. Many emails asking me to be patient. Yesterday I lodged a complaint with PayPal and overnight have received an email from the company saying they can’t refund because a dispute has been raised. What the???? This is the biggest scam going.

Bills you for more than what's in the cart
This supplier bills you for more than what shows in the cart at time of checkout. They add on charges that don't show until you get a confirmation.
They also don't allow you to cancel an order within the first 5-10 minutes after placing it. It doesn't ship within that timeframe, they just want to make it as hard as possible to get a refund.
This merchant has very shady practices. I would not recommend ordering anything from them.
For tracking pets, this product won't work beyond the house.

**BEWARE** Their ads lead you to believe that the tags are GPS real time trackers, they are not. I placed an order the realized the following morning that the tags are Bluetooth only, I emailed support immediately (Saturday morning), the reply was it was already processed and dispatched, support told me that I could return them for a full refund after I received the tags. Once received they offered me a 25% refund to avoid inconvenience and shipping charges. After several emails this was settled with a 75% refund and I keep the tags that are basically useless to me. This seems to be a trend with Chinese companies, selling you crap with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee then offering you a discount / refund at a reduced rate. Very shady business practice.
*Update 8/9/2026 - Notice when they replied to this review they did not dispute their business practice, only happy that I settled at a financial loss.

First one would not pair with Apple…
First one would not pair with Apple Find My App so I was sent a second one with the same result. Only bought it because of the reviews but it does not do what it says on the tin. You have to download the ITag app which bombards you with adverts and then it is limited.Trading standards should investigate as they advertise it as a tracker which it is NOT, so do not rely on it to track a stolen car.
This is not resolved as I have now two so called trackers that don’t track.

One ⭐ is too generous - SCAM!
It's not GPS, the default order was for 3 - and when I realized this within minutes to correct, I was told the order was already in process but I could return with 100% refund (ha!) I returned entire package at PO the day after delivery; told they couldn't refund my $126.04 because PO wrote refused on PKG. After multiple calls and a lot of wait time, customer disservice agreed to a $110 refund (we'll see) This is a scam, save your time and money!!!! Mail fraud???
FINALLY! A refund after two months of many emails and phone calls; it shouldn't be this hard to get a "satisfaction guaranteed" refund. You be the judge.

Stop and leave site. Do not buy. Syncing is not easy and the return policy bizarre. I asked for refund and offered 25 percent and keep product. Then offered 50 percent and keep item. Then told ok full refund but shipping on me and tracking data needs to be sent to them. So I shall see. But my advice is don't buy.

Advertised as GPS trackers suitable for dogs and other items however they are not GPS trackers. They do not work on iPhone FindMy network and 3rd party software does not work well. Multiple emails sent and only receive automated replies offering 25% 50% and 70% refund with no need to return product.
Still waiting for refund but not holding my breath. These tags are a complete waste of money and suggest you don’t purchase.

This company is a complete scan. Received the product. Instructions were not clear. I emailed them and then they sent the instructions via email. Still didn't work. Then I even did all the trouble shooting suggested online and still didn't work. Finally I emailed more than once and tried to call to ask for my money back - since they say 30 day guarantee - and no one bothers to email me back. TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT BUY!
