It's a hard review to write because their customer service has been prompt and professional. I would give it 5 stars.
However, getting the correct fit has been a real struggle and not worth the squeeze. I came to itailor because I do not like "skinny fit" clothing so I wanted to be able to have proper fitting pants that do not create a gigantic moose knuckle in the c&otch and plumbers crack in the back. The first pair of pants were left outside on the sidewalk and were taken by a passerby(I am in a large city). Customer service was prompt and helpful replacing them quickly and asked for signature required as I requested. The second pair arrived and they were tailored incorrectly. The waist was 2" too small, the thigh was too tight and the c*otch was "skinny pant" proportion(10"-11") even though I checked Classic Fit. Customer service was prompt in asking me to do a full measurement. The pants arrived and they almost fit now. The waist is fine(but still 1/2" shorter than requested) Same with the thigh opening. My biggest complaint is that I asked for the c*otch to be 14" and it is again somewhere between 10" and 11". It's horrible. First off, skinny pants went out of style a few years ago. Secondly, mens pants should never have a short c*otch for obvious reasons. If you are a man and want low slung pants that sit on your hip and ride up your sack when you sit down, you should be the one that has to request something special. A 10" to 12" inseam should not be the standard in the Classic Fit category. At this point I am exhausted by the process and feel bad asking for yet another tailoring. There just doesn't seem to be a good reason why the tailor keeps coming up short on the requested dimensions. (The fact that the review wouldn't go through because I used the word c&otch which is both Itailor's term and the general excepted term in tailoring for that measurement kind of sums up the shortcomings of Itailors current website and ordering process.

I ordered a shirt and received it within the time frame mentioned but they made a mistake in choosing the fabric colours. I complained and with little hesitation they decided to remake my shirt with the fabric I ordered in the first place. I received the right shirt within two weeks and i am very pleased with my shirt. Great service.

Lovely quality shirts for a reasonable price. You customise every last detail about the shirts so you get exactly what you are looking for.

It takes a while for the shirts to arrive but it is worth the wait.

I have a disproportionately large neck which makes buying a fitted shirt extremely challenging. After reading some positive reviews on Reddit, I ordered a shirt from iTailor. I was going to cancel my order because I needed a shirt before the delivery date. iTailor was very responsive and managed to expedite my shipment without additional cost. Due to my build, it has been difficult finding dress shirts that fits my neck and chest without the sleeves being too long or the torso having too much material. The shirt I received from iTailor fits me perfectly at a very reasonable cost for it being a custom-tailored shirt. I Will be purchasing several more shirts in the future as the company already has my size numbers under my account.

I have used itailor for about 5 years. I have bought two suits and about ten shirts in all.

I have always had an excellent experience. Clothes have arrived quickly and are of great quality and build.

I have been ordering shirts, jackets, and suits from iTailor since 2017. Customer service and support is excellent. Product quality, fabric and workmanship, is great.
I am very pleased with finished products.

I ordered a white collar shirt, and the benefit is to get a shirt to fit. I can provide measurements that will take into account a larger belly and larger shoulders than average. The company triple checked my measurements and made sure the shirt would fit correctly. I am very happy with the outcome.

This is the third time I ordered from this business so far, and they have not disappointed me so far. I have ordered 3 suits and 3 shirts, and they are all of amazing quality and fit great. It’s also important to mention that they have a great customer service as well. They reply within 12-24h of your email, and always provide constructive advice and assistance.
