iTailor is even better than I expected. They have gone all the way to deliver me a shirt that fits 100%! Their prices are more than reasonable. The shirt fits better and has a better look than anything I can buy in the store. My next shirt will certainly come from iTailor.

I needed my suit for a very important event and because the country was on holiday I wasn’t able to get it 10days fast shipping but I contacted customer service and they were able to expedite my order once the factories opened. My suit looked great and it arrived on time

I have used iTaylor for around 8 years have have brought many shirts which have always been brilliant and of excellent quality. I Went to order some new ones and was very disappointed to find prices have rocketed, I used to pay circa £45 for a bespoke shirt with all the trimmings now they want nearly £80, Another bug bare is they charge over £10 postage for each shirt. Now they are not worth the money. I have found another Taylor in the U.S while there isn't as much choice when it comes to customising the prices are much more realistic, £49 per shirt, and I only paid £7.77 delivery for 4 shirt's, I Taylor is no longer good
value for money and as a result of becoming greedy they have lost this customer, not that they will care.

update, I responded to Bobs request but despite sending an email several times I keep getting a message saying "message not delivered recipient not recognised"

The jacket was beautifully made and the assistance I got along the way was nothing short of phenomenal. Delivery was super fast.
During the process, I needed a few extra tweaks and Ning at iTailor was super helpful. Couldn’t have asked for more.

First shirt didn't fit first, contacted the support and they guided me perfectly to measure again and sended me a new shirt which fits perfectly. Customer support is awesome and fast. I'm happy with the result and can recommend this store. Just a tip measure on a shirt which fits and send the measures with fotos (if you use custom measurement). I will order again!

Ordered a custom suit on express delivery. The suit arrived within 3 weeks and fits perfectly. Service was great, I was able to order several swatches before placing my order. Would definitely recommend to others.

It starts with a really user friendly and informative web site allowing you to put you personal measurements in with confidence. Wide selection of fabrics, buttons and style options makes the process even better.
Delivery was just 4 weeks and when they arrived they were packaged really well and the fit was perfect.
This is the second time I have used the service and I’ll definitely be using them again

I love iTailor! I've bought suits and shirts from them three times and sent them my own customisations and they have delivered what I wanted and more for the first and third times (for the second, I was disappointed by both the fabric material and poor implementation of my customisations, but this was rectified in a very fair way). Some of the lessons I have learnt are:

- It is important to follow their measuring guidelines exactly as they show you and not deviate from it in any way. I first tried to experiment with this and the result was worse because of it (although I achieved what I wanted: greater knowledge of how to buy products from this amazing company)

- Consider going for Euro Slim Fit (which is an option on their Measuring page). I have never tried the Signature Standard Fit and have no plans to, as the Euro Slim Fit looked so elegant and amazing in conjunction with the right measurements (that I spent hours taking of myself - and it was worth it)

- If you are buying a suit with wool in it, only go for the most expensive fabrics that they sell (unless you want to buy something cheap as a test to see if it fits before buying multiple similar products). The suit of a stretch wool fabric that I bought (my second suit) was terrible compared to the suits I bought of pure wool fabrics (my first and third suits). It also didn't look nearly as good in real life as it did on their 3D model. But the pure wool suits I bought were amazing and both felt really high quality and comfortable. I would also advise asking for any contrasting fabrics to be of a specific pure wool material (assuming you're going for a pure wool suit), as the contrasting fabrics they offer are of a lower quality (since they are not pure wool)

- Spend the extra money on buttons! I have bought the plastic buttons and the horn/ mother-of-pearl/ trendy buttons and the latter options are much better, especially the horn/ mother-of-pearl buttons (as the trendy ones are still plastic)

- Feel free to ask them for customisations. Here were the customisations to my wedding suit, which they delivered to my satisfaction and more; the result was of such a high quality that I don't know if I'll ever buy a suit from anywhere else ever again:

Customisation # 1:
Instead of 2 Straight Pockets on the outside of my suit jacket, I want NO pockets on the outside of my suit jacket (I want 0 straight pockets, 0 breast pockets)

Customisation # 2:
Instead of 3 Standard Buttons on the sleeves, I want NO SLEEVE BUTTONS on the sleeves of my suit jacket (I want 0 Sleeve Buttons)

Customisation # 3:
Instead of two slanted pockets, I want two slanted ZIPPED pockets for my front trouser pockets. If possible, I would prefer them to be either hidden from view or inconspicuous (I do not want the zips to be very noticeable)

Customisation # 4:
Instead of a single opening on the back of my trousers, I want NO back pocket

Customisation # 5:
Instead of the normal inside jacket pockets, I want zipped pockets in their place

Customisation # 6:
I would like my suit to not have darts on the front of the jacket. I want it to be of the style of the charcoal jacket on the right-hand side of the attached picture, and NOT of the style of the blue jacket on the left-hand side

Customisation # 7:
I would like the brown contrast fabric for the upper lapel and the lower lapel to be 21303-13 (and not 3799-3)

Customisation # 8:
I have ticked the box to add a second pair of trousers to my 'Shopping bag'. I would like this pair of trousers to be exactly the same as the first pair of trousers, but I want it to also have button side adjusters (whereas the first pair of trousers should not have button side adjusters). I would also like the waist for the trousers with button side adjusters to be 92 centimetres, with all other measurements the same as the trousers without button side adjusters

iTailor have a great ethos, as is reflected in the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend iTailor and have recommended it to friends.

iTailor provided a first class service and experience. I needed 8 brings men suits made for my son's wedding. I have been a customer for over a decade but this tipped everything. They sent me samples of the colours we showed interest in so we could be sure. They even spotted a mistake made in one of the measurements and contacted me to correct it. The attention to detail is rare in these times. Everything has arrived ahead of schedule so thank you for a fabulous experience

Outside of the fact that they delivered my order super fast, they really mean custom fit when they say it. Their website allows for a multitude of options to make your shirt, pants, or jacket as unique or as personal as you would like. Additionally, I reached out to them with questions (many) to help me get the fit that I wanted. Once I was happy, I placed the order and could not be happier with the products that I received shortly thereafter. This is my second time using their services and have been very pleased both times. I will certainly use them again.

Excellent treatment, very professional and solve problems effectively.

The pants were a bit too big and the jacket did sadly not fit at all. The lenght was too short in the back compared to the front and the arms were too short and a bit too big in the waist. We were careful with the measurements according to the guide on the website, but the result was not very satisfactory. So it feels like something went wrong in the production.

Absolutely perfect. Measured as per the website guidance. Chose material and design. And a perfect suit arrived in no time.
I highly recommend iTailor for a suit anytime. Not expensive and fits you.

Great Shirt, great price, great customer service!

A couple of months a go I received a suit that I ordered on iTailor. But after receiving it, it wasn’t really what I expected it to be. And so I mailed my complains. ITailor service was great, they offers me te make a new suit anyway I wanted it and today I received that new suit and it is fabulous!! Great service, great suit!
