Absolutely disgusting. My story is like everyone else's and again, I wish I had checked the reviews first. Annoying thing is that they are still up and running and taking people's money. They look very professional but they have no contact numbers and no tracking system. They need to be shut down immediately so I will be contacting the police and Trading Standards. Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE.

I ordered a coffee table in May 2017 and was beginning to wonder what happened to it. So I went to the web site to check for information about my order. Guess what? No tracking info. No phone number. I looked up the company address in London on Google maps and it was 'permanently closed'.
I'm furious about being tricked and absolutely determined not to let them get away with this. As an international journalist, I am confident I will be able to destroy their reputation. Just watch me!

I’ve paid for two armchairs in september 2016, 1668 €, N° 800000058, and impossible 10 months later to know where is my order, no telephone number, sometimes an answer to my numerous e-mails with promisses of refund, but without reality, no refund on my bank. Its scandalous and robberry !

Really really bad business. They pull the money with it together but do not deliver the goods. When they looked after 22 weeks, I can get the money back, so they do not pay them. It has been another 8 weeks and after 30 weeks I have not got any furniture or money :(

I can only reiterate what everybody says. I ordered a coffee table in June 2016, canceled the order two months later following a number of delivery problems. I was promised a full refund, which was not received so far, despite repeated calls.
What is amazing is that their website is still up and running, and promising amazing discounts!

The biggest fraud company online!!!
Ordered a lamp more than 6 months ago, and now realize i will never get my money back og have the lamp, they are a bunch of mother*******! Hope they all rotten up in jail!

I placed the order (Order Nr 200003625) on the 16 of November 2016 and haven't received nothing until know. In January I asked for the delivery date and they told me everything is still in time. The delivery time is 8-12 weeks and i will receive it in the next 4 weeks. A forwarding agency will get in contact with me. The followings weeks, month nothing. I wrote several times to the customer support.In march I got than the feedback that the lamp is regarding their status of their system still delivered. And they will investigate this and come back to me. Until now beginning of June nothing.
No information, no delivery.
Now I will give it to
friends in Irland and England they should place the issue to the local police.
So if someone from Italien designs read that if you send me the money back or finally send the lamp I will withdraw the announcement.

Every week I receive commercials regarding new offers. This is absolutely ridicules. What spent 240 € for nothing and will do this again. These are absolutely frauds.
Do NoT ORDER their the money will be gone and you will receive nothing !

The companies Italia Designs Ltd and Bauhaus Italia Ltd are in fact enrolled in fraudulent activities on the internet in which I myself have become a victim.

The persons involved in this fraud are Mr Ievgenii Dechenko nationality: Ukraine and Ms Lindy Ravinia nationality: Seychelles.

The evidence is strong as suggested by postings on Trustpilot where countless other victims have posted similar complaints.

The company has only since 2015 been owned by Mr Dechenko and shortly thereafter customers have started reporting problems. The company has two addresses in Ireland ( Blair House, Upper O’Connell Street, Ennis
Co. Clare, Ireland) and England (12 Helmet Row
London, EC1V 3QJ) with registered company number: 06429535.

The company was recently in contact with Companies House in the UK with an imminent strike off. However, with a change of postal adress and change of Person with significant control to a Ms Lindy Ravinia, the company could ensue its fraudulent activities.

I ordered a lamp from the website Italiadesigns.com in december 2016. 6 months later the lamp had not arrived with customer support giving excuses for the delay (shipping damage). After asking for a refund I was told this would be processed as soon as possible. One month later, no refund.

This company is evidently enrolled in fraudulent activity and the persons behind the company should be brought to justice and their activities halted as soon as possible. I therefore urge all those
affected to use the above information in their contact with the police.

I am from Denmark and here is my story.
Last fall I payed for and orderd a lamp. 3000,00 kr. After 27 weeks of waiting, writing and calling - NO real answer
for a lamp I already payed for - I got my ordet dissharged because they could't deliver the lamp - but I haven't seen my money. I have informed the Company twise about my bankaccount but I haven't sen my money. It is now almost 2 month ago.

I have made a police rapport today.

Take care - don't order anything with this Company.

Ordered two products in August 2016. received the cheaper product, but after 10 months my EILEEN GRAY BONAPARTE CHAIR costing me
£395.84, has not appeared. Finally promised a refund after months waiting and many emails promising my item, but still no refund. This is the very worst company I have ever come across, and they promise things that never happen. Do not order from them. I've had numerous emails from the following: Sandra Sadowski, Andi Warren, Noomi Gustafsson,Claudine Marks, Patrick Hoeller. Shocking customer service and shocking company.

Ordered in November. In march they told me that the lamp will be delivered in April. Now at the end of May nothing is arrived and theya re not answering anymore

Ok - so this is the worst company I ever heard of! No competition. They are being reported both to the local police here in Sweden and to the Interpol in Lyon - by the police - since you can't do that as a private person.
The Ukrainian scumbag, Ievgenij Demchenko, who runs the company will have some serious problems passing customs in any EU-country now and so will his entire staff soon. And they - staff included, will end up in Irish or UK jail soon enough. Have patience . . . .

June 21, 2017 Update

To update my case with this company: I got an email on May 30 telling me that the promised 1 week for the refund was not sufficient for them. I have to wait as they are having issues with the queue refund they still have to make. It has been being almost a month now and I have not heard anything else. It's for sure a fraud! People be careful, my case is taking almost 1 year now and they are doing it with many many customers. These guys might be unbelievable rich on the cost of innocent online buyers. No action has been taken by now. No authorities have stoped them. It's a huge absurd and please take good care before shopping online. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ITALIADESIGNS!!!! I am getting sick of this situation and their excuses.

May 17, 2017: To update this history, I got a call after posting my review. Now, they want me to prove I have payed for an order which was "on the way". I can not believe how they can dare to contact a customer who waited for 6 months for a "on the way to be delivered" order and now, "on the way to be transferred" refund and ask for my credit card bill to show it has been payed. They expect you to pay 100% before starting the unbelievable 18-20 weeks production. This company is an absurd! I feel it is a fraud.

I ordered a lamp in October 2016 and got many excuses for delaying this order. Now, after 7 months I requested a refund which has not been done yet and, I don not get any answer about it (just some excuses again). I have already reported this company to the UK authorities (National Crime Agency) and, honestly, I am already counting with loosing my money, time and all the stress. I got cheated through Facebook which showed
me advertisements of this company. Naively, I believed that such FB advertisements are real and from reliable sources. DO NOT SHOP from ITALIADESIGNS!!!!! And from FB I got the answer, Sorry we can not help you. So, NO MORE STUPID FACEBOOK ON MY LIFE EITHER!

And I am still waiting for my refund. No more answers, no more emails no refund has been done. It is a huge fraud this company and they belong in jail!!!! Please, if anyone is interested in collecting enough cases to bring to the police in Germany just inform them about my case as well (give my name). I'm having a meeting next week again with the Polizeirevier.

I waited 7 months for my delivery. They told me I would get my money back after I told them that I reported them to the swedish police. This was over 2 months ago and still no answer. I am not expecting anything from them anymore but hopefully i can get some help from my bank.

Do not shop at Italiadesigns! They are a fraud.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS.
I posted a review in January about the clock I ordered that came broken.
A couple of days after I wrote the review, they gave me a call and asked if they could send another replacement clock that wasnt at all what I wanted. They told me if I wanted the same clock that it would take a long time to get it manufactured that I would have to wait 'til the beginning of May.
I thought that I could wait and said to them to send it out when it gets produced. Then they kindly asked me to remove the negative review I gave them here. I told them that I would - after I receive the clock. Which I have not.

Now its the beginning of May and not a single word from them.

So I would STILL not recommend buying from them even after they tried to compensate me by calling and being nice.

So please whatever you do - Do not buy from them and don't let them continue running their scamming business. Thank you.

Ein fiktiver kayako helpdesk hat geschrieben, dass aufgrund hoher Nachfrage, die Reklamation nicht bearbeitet werden kann! Das sagt alles. Nun werde ich versuchen, mein Geld irgendwie zurück zu bekommen.

Transferred Money End of November 2016 and was told delivery time is 8-12 weeks. After 12 weeks I sent a mail and have so far not received any validated reply except from kayako helpdesk telling me that due to high demand they are not able to answer my complaint. This company is a FRAUDSTER - do not order here.

Very bad experience. 12 weeks since My order, when i got in contact they Said i should expect 8-12 weeks delivery time. Now waiting for updated info from their support.
