Disgusting experience; they produce a single pair of shoe in 8 months or more; i dont even properly remember. Sometimes i felt like money is gone. Very poor management of the company; staff is horrible; dont have manners to deal with customer. Quality also not as good as per the price. In this price you can get better in guess 90% of the other platforms. No response back on time. Terrible & frustrated experience dealing with the associates. Wastage of time & money.

My experience with the Italian shoe company was not particularly good. The quality of the product is ok but delivery of the product is very delayed and they did not even provide me the accessories that came with the product.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes first i get with good quality n product is cool i love it but the second pair of shoes in ostrich leather is not looking like they showing in images on website
I really never expect this thing from italianshoe and also customer care is not supporting..

Fraud company dont trust this company has kept my 18000 rupees and in against given one pair of sleepers . I orderd 2 pair of shoes in which i got sleepers from them fake company dont order anything

They promised a 3 day delivery but failed to do that. Now no one is responding on either mail or call to resolve my query. I tried to cancel my order but no response. Not a professional business outlet. Won't recommend to anyone. A very bad company to do business with, probably a scam.

Its a fake company..their copies are not even like 3-4th copies..i would rather say their craftsmen are a disgrace to the word craftsmenship itself..the shoes are not even defective but are deformed in shape..a defective one can atleast be used but whatvdo you do with a deformed one?..guess i cant do anything with the shoe now but just throw it or use it as a work boot since im pretty sure, they wouldnt do refunds..

I ordered a pair of shoes from an Italian shoe company, along with a luxury shoe box worth ₹3000. The customer service was extremely poor, I've never encountered anything like it. Nobody answered my calls, and when my brother left a review about their service, they responded by threatening not to deliver my products until he deleted the review. Isn't that a form of harassment?
After much argument, I finally received the shoes. While the quality was perfect, they lacked comfort. When I followed up about the luxury shoe box, they again demanded that my brother delete his review. They claim their shoes are made in Italy, but the truth is they have a factory or a wholesaler in Agra from whom they outsource the shoes before delivering them to customers. They also insist the luxury shoe box is being imported, which is why it’s delayed, but that seems like just another excuse. Their behavior is disgraceful, they mentally harass customers and engage in highly misleading practices.
They even messaged me on WhatsApp, sharing my business page and threatening to mobilize their 100 staff members to leave bad reviews on my page. This company is entirely fake. Initially, I avoided taking legal action because I didn’t want to waste my time, but now I’m seriously considering pursuing this legally. They also deals in illegal possession of Animal Leather. Animal welfare should also look into this issue.

Worst experience with this company they have paid reviews, they call customers to write good reviews in exchange of some few credit discounts and shit, moreover they are selling on such high prices, I ordered something else and they delivered the wrong design and size saying sorry that they can't do anything about it and when I tried to connect to them they stopped answering my calls, moreover they give fake commitments just to rob us because once you pay them you are stuck! Be aware of them! They will call and say they will give massive discount and store credits in exchange of good reviews.
They will do all the cheap tricks to scam you
