I ordered from Itallife last Sunday, I didn't get an order confirmation from them and no reply when I emailed them a few days later and still not received my order or know if I am getting it.

My cousin who came from the Tropics was diagnosed with a suspected Pelvic cancer which made her panic and was in dissaray. I took her to Ital Life store and got a regime of herbal remedies which she took holistically and she was glad to inform me that she was cleared off any trace after two explorative sessions. I emailed for recommendations on some products, which i received a quick response. The website displayed texts in white so i was unable to read any descriptions. I waited a few days till this issue was sorted. I then placed an order of £140 in the early hours of 28 aug. I signed up to the mailing list. And tried to use the pomo code on my order. Which did not work. I contacted the company regarding this after placing my order as i did not want to delay any further. They emailed me back saying they will issue the 10% refund on the order.
I then got an email to say they will not issue the 10% refund as i had used an affiliate code, but this was from their mailing list which i joined online. Then was given advice about joining as an affiliate. After this email i have not had no responses to my email queries. It has been 4 days not.
It has been over a week now, the order still states as processing on the site. The contact number is unreachable. There is no way to contact them via email. And i am unsure what is going on with my order. The phone number doesnt work and no one is replying regarding my order. The social media hyperlinks do not work on the site. So i am just left wondering and waiting

Love their products! Literally you feel the difference when you take them. I constantly use the female nourisher, for hormone balance and a less stressful monthly cycle.
