Very satisfied with shopping

The products are amazing quality. The same quality that was on the pictures they send me. Very good comunication and parcel tracking. Even tho it took longer to recive, have to that it was worth it every penny.

ITaoBuy has been great! Try them out.

I’m new to using agents to order items, I decided to use ITaoBuy as my first agent attempt. I signed up when they were first getting started, and there were definitely some growing pains on their end and mine due to my inexperience using agents. I’ve since used them for other a month and a half and the experience has gotten smoother and I can say I’m definitely satisfied with the service thus far. The shipping options to the US are still slightly expensive and limited but they’ve been adding some new options and tweaking others. Their support is good, just note it’s during their normal hours not the US. I’d highly recommend trying them.

Great First Experience with iTaoBuy

I just placed my first order with iTaoBuy and it’s already arrived at the warehouse. The whole process so far has been super smooth. The site is easy to use, and what really stood out was the customer service — I had a couple of questions and they responded quickly and were really helpful. Looking forward to shipping my parcel soon. So far, a great first-time experience!

Amazing Chinese agent

Amazing agent. I purchased some AirPod reps, and they came to the warehouse in two days. Great QC photos, and they have the normal shipping lines. Bit less than other companies tho. I got €10 of my shipping because of their coupons. Only critique I have is they currently have no insurance. Other than that, great agent.

My itaobuy expirience

Hi, around a month ago i ordered some clothes for me from itaobuy. It was my first time ordering anything and the site is so easy to move through. Also i received -20% on all products and 100 CNY shipping coupon. It really helped me pay less. Now they are hosting a event with free items. For me itaobuy is the best agent bc of its prices and events. Definitely recommend

I just recently started using itaobuy and have been very satisfied so far. The customer service has been great. Everyone seems nice and easy to work with. The deals have also been amazing. I have had an all around good experience so far and will continue to do business with them.
