Made up bogus charges for luggage and pick up from their taxi rank.

Do not ever ever ever order a taxi from itaxi. I would rather walk next time.

I was charged 20zl extra for having a suitcase and 5zl extra for being picked up at Warsaw Central - FROM THEIR TAXI RANK. Honestly just get an uber...

Customer service made up a story behind charges when i complained. No accountability will lead you to loss of customers..

Driver only old me about extra charges after he was speeding the main road. He also had no visible badge. None of the made up charges are visible in the taxi. SCAMMERS

NOT WORTH IT

We had to go to Kraków Airport from Kraków in the middle of the night, and we had our hotel book a taxi from iTaxi with a fixed price.

The taxi was there on time, but the driver drove way too fast through the city. At a 40 km/h stretch the car showed 75 km/h. When we got to the airport the driver added 10 zł to the price, apparently for gate to the parking lot. "You pay this", he said. When we ask for a fixed price we expect a fixed price. If the ticket for the gate is not included in the fixed price, I expect to be asked if I want to be dropped off outside the gate or pay extra to be dropped off by the entrance.

We are tourists and live in the surroundings of Poznan. We are depending on transport.
We ordered a taxi from i-Taxi in advance for the next day to be sure we were able to get to the city center at a certain time.
Next day close to the time we had agreed, we received a message that the taxi was half an hour delayed. After 45 minutes, it still hadn't arrived. So we called them. They told us they had troubles with the car (we are 6 persons) but could send two other cars. We were so angry at this time; our plans for the first part of the day were already ruined due to the delay.
DON'T EVER CALL i-Taxi!!! THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.
