If I can give zero stars I would. The measurements are completely inaccurate. My son was really looking forward to receiving his blazer and instead he received a blazer that's way to small. Customer service was very difficult demanding pictures etc and then offered 50percent off. A very upsetting experience.

Shirts were the right size but the quality was not good. The colour faded after a few washes and no wash care lables provided. I found Charles twyrit much better in price and quality.

The material of the polo is the one I like which made me happy when unboxing and wearing for the first time
After the first wash the dimensions were much smaller and after the second wash once more the same thing

After the second wash dimensions have not changed

As you will understand the polo is useless to me now

I would like to keep ordering polos from you and of the same material….but maybe you need to foresee these alterations and solve my todays problem please

This is my first time ordering a custom clothing item and I’ve been excited about receiving my new trousers for over 6 weeks.

They arrived and I can only assume that they’ve sent the wrong trousers to me as they don’t even go further than my legs. I double checked my measurements before ordering.

So far, all I’ve heard is that I have to take photos of the trousers with a tape measure, proving the wrong sizes. I’ve also been asked to take a photo of me wearing them even though they don’t fit.

Initially, there was no order confirmation email and I’m now suspecting this won’t get fixed and I’ll be left out of pocket and we have a wedding in less than 3 weeks.

Total joke.

Itaylor company measurements do not measure up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When they make a mistake instead of refund or a proper fitting suit, they make use supply many emails with pictures and then come back and say if I want a new suit they will do it at 50% off. How about they just correct the problem and I don’t have to pay more. This issue has been going on for almost 3 months. Now I am just going to dispute the charge.

My order paying £367.98 was for a 3pc suit + extra pants no delivery date or confirmation email.

Contacted them, their reply "Thank you for your order of two shirts."

Not confident they can deliver what was ordered and paid for 😱

Ordered 3 shirts and as per their own website should be shipped and packed individually. You can not select to bundle into one shipment at ordering the shirts and you pay a fair amount of shipping cost per shirt/order.
Received all 3 shirts in 1 package and the package was of very POOR quality and just by luck no shirt was damaged.

Complaining about this way gave me a very poor deviating answer that now iTaylor is bundling orders into 1 shipment at the lowest cost ! Typical brushing of reply to avoid the issue of charging 3 times versus the actual cost of 1 shipment.
A pity that they do lack quality in customer service.

Over the last 5 years the cost of the shirts has grown to a level at which they also can be bought in German shops now and with the
reply received from iTaylor; that is exactly what I will do from now on.
They may keep the extra shipping cost to invest in proper customer service, but I will not buy anything anymore from iTaylor.

Good quality usually. But once I had a size problem with them, their customer support is a nightmare.

If you have not used this service then you should!

I ordered my first shirt from them about a week ago with expedited service. It was still cheaper than all the stores or online shopping I did looking for something off the shelf. We did the measurements as per the website but when I received the shirt it was not what I expected, I contact the company and they responded right away and sent me some more ways to measure for a replacement. I informed them that I needed the shirt within 7 days and they told me not to worry. 3 Days after we remeasured and sent the new measurements to them I received the most prefect looking, best fitting, highest quality shirt you could ask for. I am retired now but I had shirts and suits made all over the world during business travel, but this option tops the list. These guys are the real deal and so is the product!

I have used Itaylor for several years, and the service choice and quality is exceptional. I used to have my shirts made in Jerymn Street by Turnbull and Assor, who charge £200 a shirt, min order 6 shirts! I much prefer the Itaylor experience. They are one of the most satisfying retail experiences I know about. Had a minor issue with a shirt recently and they were 100% at resolving the issue. Its normally only when you have a small issue that you know what the company is really like. Highly recommended.

The suit fitted well however the quality of the material was very poor, and thinner than a suit I could buy from a budget shop.
Shame, as the whole process of choosing the material, and the intricate designs was really good, just very disappointed that this may not even last me a year.
Fabric is see through when holding up to the light, it's that thin

I took delivery of my suit today, which was very quick However i did pay £104 extra for the express service, and thank god I did and I have time to get another suite before my wedding. This suit is definatly the worst that I have ever bought and I could not reccomend itaylor to any one that wants a nice suit. The suit arrived crumpled up like a used crisp packet. The material, advertised a quality wool, Is wool but of a very poor quality. When I put the suit on it was a reasonable fit Howerver the whole jacket is distorted by an ilfitting inside trim and the sewing on the jacket is also lumpy causing further distortion. The waist coat is fine, but nasty material. The trousers are a little tight and definatly not a European slim fit, no tapering in the legs below the knee at all. Unfortunatly I will not be wearing this suit for my wedding, In fact I will never wear this suit, so disapointed.

The picture on screen is not what you get. The quality is of the same that you would get from a superstore. Its comes all creased in a separate bags.
Your better of going to a professional Taylor and having it done there. The prices end up the same. First time buyers will also have to have the clothes tailored again. This is from experience. Customer service is poor Emailed them twice no response. I was contacted by Bob who offered a good resolution, So I have changed this feedback

I would recommend this company because the quality is very good and they have very beautifull clothes and shoes you can design your own!
