I took my PS5 to Itechsquad in St Annes after it kept overheating and shutting down during gameplay, and the fan was getting very loud. I'd already tried cleaning it myself, but it needed a deeper clean and service.

They were very helpful. I dropped off, and they carried out a full service.

Since getting it back, it's running perfectly, no overheating issues and no fan noise. It's like it's brand new again.

They advised me to treat it as a car service and get it cleaned/serviced yearly. I highly recommend to anyone having issues with their console.

The iTechsquad Company and Team are highly recommended, Not only they have fix my Ipad also during my conversation with the Gentlemen I found that my iPad is in safe hand. First Class service, would definitely use again!! My son snapped his lightning charger in his ipad port. Company I've previously used were unable to help. Contacted ITS, great advice and really friendly. Sent on Tues., updated Wed. to inform item was fixed and being returned Royal Mail tracked before 1pm. One happy little boy today!!! Thank you

Willingness to help - over and above. I called into the St.Anne’s shop as my laptop had died. Quick diagnosis, it needed a new power supply. I was impressed by their attitude so I brought in my father-in-law's laptop, which apparently needed a new hard drive. Then the same day, my wife's keypad stopped typing g,h & , and I was back again. So three successful visits out of the blue. When the keypad arrives I'll probably buy a new laptop which is on display and keenly priced. Farrad & I think Alan, knowledgeable, chatty, friendly - a great resource in St Annes near the bridge.

I Had to call into the St.Anne’s shop several times with a mobile phone problems. The owner , I believe, name I think Farrad, went above and beyond to try to sort my trouble. He spent ages on it while I was waiting, offering me a chair to sit on. I then had to go back with a different problem, and again another guy spent ages trying to fix. I was total impressed by the lengths gone to to help. I will definitely go back for any other needs. They are very knowledgeable in their trade.

Called in to the shop a couple of days ago and talked to a lovely guy (I think his name is Farrad). Had a problem with fitting an ssd in my gaming console. He was polite, patient and understand without being condescending.
Within 5 minutes the ssd was in my console. Will be definitely be using this store again.

Just been in to get a new screen on my Samsung A13 the guys there are brilliant the phone belonged to my daughter and I'd no clue how she'd broke it so they took it in, within an hour they rang me back to diagnose the problem and I agreed it needed a new screen it was done the next day. Very understanding people and amazing work best phone shop in St annes area I won't go anywhere else now

I was trying to find the St Anne's on Sea branch to leave a review on, but didn't come up so presuming it comes under Blackpool for reviews. Anyway The Young man that helped me was so very professional,very courteous and went out of his way to make me feel a valued customer. I certainly recommend this business without any exception. Brilliant . Thanks to them problem solved .

Took my daughters iPad in last weekend as she decided to take it in the bath where it fell in obviously and the guys in the shop were so lovely and helpful and quick to look at iPad and managed to get it working great service and great price highly recommend I have one happy daughter again many thanks

Phone wouldnt let me make phone calls or use Internet .so took into st annes branch.lovely friendly welcome .Young lady sorted it out for me .Great service.will definitely use if needed in future.
