Recently purchased iTech 120X Pro battery ... this is my 3rd battery from these guys & once again, the service was excellent. Delivery was super quick despite being on the other side of the country. I have purchased other iTech gear & would recommend them to anyone looking for quality 12v gear & expertise. 👍

The power station P2000 is amazing. We put it into our poptop caravan. Plugged it into 240V socket and using a short extension cord attached the power station. We tried everything we could to see how it would go. Used the microwave, small fan heater on low setting, electric throws, 12V 90 litre fridge(this drew a bit too much power). Then tried using the Aldi pod machine (1450watts) at the same time turned on induction cooker on medium heat. These too won't work together (1450w + 800w). So the power station turned itself off. Pretty happy with the performance though. Fridge will be on gas and coffee machine will not be on at same time as induction cooker. Otherwise everything else works well together.

The service provided when I contacted ITechworld regarding my issue was outstanding. I couldn't be happier and it shows that dealing with an Australian owned company is worth it.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with iTechworld. I purchased a solar panel from them around 6 months ago, and it never worked properly. I had it inspected by two independent professionals, including a qualified auto electrician, who both confirmed it was faulty. I sent it back under warranty, only to be told by iTechworld that it was "working fine". Even though during both tests it was producing less than 1 amp.

On top of that, I also bought a DCDC charger from them 9 months ago, which failed after just 4 months of use. Because of how frustrating and unhelpful the warranty process was with the solar panel, I didn’t even bother sending the charger back.

Unfortunately, both the product reliability and after-sales service have been really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend iTechworld based on this experience. You’d expect better support, especially when products fail so early.

Waited a week for Support even then it was dubious at best.
With lithium batteries you usually 100% charge them, then use the battery monitor to enter the correct details.
This battery after 100% charge would read 95% charge and after running a fridge for 3 days would still say 95% charge. Very frustrating. Especially to wait 5 days for support only to tell you to gut the battery to 20% then fully charged it.
Also there is no point in Bluetooth when you have to open your van door to get a signal. You may as well have a shunt and monitor. Bluetooth on the phone is rubbish.

Great quality product, quick postage and delivery, easy transaction.
The solar blacker just does what it says it’s suppose to do. Great price while on EOFY sale at $499, makes it so much better.
Will be upgrading our caravan panels to ITECH once we finish our current trip also.

Package arrived on time and in good condition, great product and detail provided by the blue tooth app is good.

Bought a set of lithium batteries (240Ah total), the 2000W inverter and a 40A AC-DC charger for the van. All working as a charm except the RC3 Pro remote for the inverter. Itech sent me mutiple versions of the remote to try, but none worked. After some experimenting I found that the information provided is not correct. the rocker switch should be on and the inverter can be turned off by a long press (3 sec) directly followed by a short press on the remote button. Same process to turn it on again.
Service is great and after the initial AI response someone at Itech made contact to solve the issue! Thanks!

Product is good value but delivery took almost a month, tracking didn't work, customer support was simply bots - was told there was no record of purchase despite having an invoice. When I did get emails from people they weren't followed through. Item didn't look new in delivery, packaging was heavily damaged and had clearly been repackaged (with iTech world tape yet no-one knows about this?), even the cable box inside was held together by tape. There were marks on the panel. Customer support said they would follow up (2 weeks ago), but as mentioned above it's not been followed through. Have had no contact since delivery. Just a really poor customer service experience, and I'm not convinced I've purchased an unused 'new' product.

Great communication and super fast delivery

Sales rep was helpful re solar panel options and explained how to set up. Now using the unit on a three week trip up the west coast to Coral Bay, Exmouth, Karijini,Marble Bar and Carrawinr Gorge. All good so far

Batteries are great. But was pissed off when they came on special a week later for $670 cheaper. UPDATE Contacted seller and they offered shop credit to the same value. What company would do this? ITECH WORLD did what a great Australian company, the extra products I bought with credit are FANTASTIC.
