More Chinese rubbish

Postcode Lottery sent me this as a free gift, a ser of earbuds. What a load of shite, won't pair up properly, can only one to work at any time. Sound quality is diabolical. Wasted enough time on this rubbish and have smashed them up with ac7lb lump hammer. People's Postcode Lottery you should be ashamed of yourselves, and I'm seriously considering my present subscription

Terrible

Terrible, we won these as a gift from postcode lottery . They are Terrible , they keep stopping or only one works and then you have to unpaire to get them to work again . Going in the bin .

extremely bad experience ! Not recommended!

Buying the e-bike via Uniek shop. Believe they are same company as they share same company address and the bike was sent out by ITEK

Extremely bad experience with them!! NOT recommend to anyone who want to buy via online. We brought a e-bike online, and there are majors defectsfind immediately upon receive the e-bike. The battery cannot be locked on the bike! And the rear tire is aging with few big cracks that suppose should not be find on new bike. Immediately send a email and follow up by a call. No feedback after a week past, claiming the supervisor is on leave. And they suggest to return but the return courier cost is at my own expense!! Which is totally unfair as they are sending a defect item but unable to offer solutions. I have follow up by few emails and call to reject the arrangement, I request to talk to the supervisor/manage but the staff insist they are unreachable!! What?!
Till now 3 weeks past still not be settled!!

i-tek Venray. Worst customer service ever....

I went to the shop in Venray to quickly get the tool I needed. First not so nice experience: we asked where it can be (not familiar with the shop). Response: somewhere over there in the service area... ok.. but where it is? No help. Second thing: we found the tool (the price on the shelf says 19.95Eur), at the cassa, it turned out it's 31Eur. I've paid without checking (my fault) and then realized the price is too high. So I've asked to return it and correct the bill. "Ah, it must have been on different shelf by mistake, but we can't take it back. We can only give you the gift card. Those are the rules". What?! Where are the custome rights? Where's friendliness and the customer support? That was my first and the last visit at this shop in Venray. I'll also make sure that my friends hear about this case and stay away from this shop.

This company is a scam they took my…

This company is a scam they took my money which went to someone else not in the uk. I got an email telling me my order had been despatched with a tracking number, the company doesn’t exist neither does the tracking number. They’ve ignored my emails I’ve received nothing. I cancelled the order but still no communication I’ve now reported them to the fraud department and notified my bank

We bought a riding mini mower (…

We bought a riding mini mower ( Zitmaaier ) at I-Tek for 1200.00 after two weeks it did not start so we arranged it to be transported to Dormaal from our house in Sint Truiden approx 9 km. Two weeks passed and after ringing it was clear it was not looked at, eventually we were told it was ready to be picked up, the battery was charged which lasted only two days before it didn't start again. We arranged it to be taken back to Dormaal. Two weeks later it was ready to pick up with a new battery. At home after a week the blades did not rotate anymore so we brought it in again, weeks passed and after being told there was a problem with their service center and that there was little that they could do, we eventually received a phone call after six weeks that it was ready to pick up with a bill of 50 euros, on arrival at home it was clear that the blades did not turn at all making a dreadful noise. Enough is enough!! I drove my car to Dormaal and demanded my 50 euros back only to be told they don't do that but if I bring it back they would look at it again. I said it must be possible to send a man over to me to look at it as a gesture of good will but no they said...we don't do that! I turned round and left telling them where they could put there 50 euros. The experience with this so called company was dreadful. Not worth one star.

I bought e-bike TALENT two year's ago. The seller said: this is the best bicycle for You and after 8 repairs is still everytime problem with electric engine, wheels. Very, very bad services and advises. I not recommended this store. I was first and the last time in iTEK. I lost my money and nervous....

They can't repair in ITEK Venray

I got my ebike for repair in November to ITEK Venray and I'm still waiting for it, although I already picked it up twice from them, both times bike was broken in one way or another. Quality of these repairs... Oh, and there's no quality, seriously, it simply looks amateur! Bike broke down after one or two days after I got it from them. When I was bringing it back, the guy who 'repaired' it was asking what have I done with the bike... It is offensive. At the moment the bike is there for a third time, but but after I read reviews here and there I don't have much hope that it will be fixed properly. Oh, and they lost my battery key, so it is a joke. I paid already 230e for such 'service' but I will keep bothering them until I get repair worth these money.

Solved: Second day after filing in-depth complain I got a call from a manager offering me a replacement ebike. When I got to itek I received my ebike, fully fixed. Battery lock replaced with two new keys. I'm too tired to actually be mad about the conclusion. Great it's over.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED

I ordered a hometrainer and a rowing machine. This order was sent on 30 march and I ordered it 27 March 2020), then when it finally arrived the hometrainer was faulty, it took me quite a few emails(4 back and forth) and phonecalls (4) and attempts to fix it. Finally I gave up and ask to send it back. Once they received it they never sent me a replacement that was (I sent it back on 3 April 2020). I emailed them more than 30 times and only got a response on 21 April: "Good morning,

The hometrainer is in the process of being sent to your address. The pool heater had to be restocked and will be sent as soon as we get them here.
I will check with the stock again today so they know they have to send you one right away.

But when i still did not receive anything I called them and emailed again to follow up on the hometrainer, they said something went wrong with the order, then I asked for a refund as this was becoming a major issue. They agreed telephonically to give me back my 89 Euros but since then I have received nothing, I have mailed them on 6 May 2020 and today again on 11 May 2020 via their website and the email: klantendienst....itek.be

STILL WANT MY MONEY BACK AND HATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED- WORSE EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE EVER!
