Piss poor, ordered a blower says delivered. But it wasnt, put the tracking number in and usps says it's not there tracking number. Tried calling them Niomi just get voice mail.

Writing to join the voices that identify Itgaps as a scam. Placed an order in August. It is now November and have no merchandise and no response from the 4 times I have emailed the “support” contact. I used PayPal for the purchase and was notified that the original amount had been increased. Reported the fraudulent charge to PayPal. Additional scam: they want you to pay to join a “tracking” service to track your purchase.

Have to file a dispute to get my money back. No response from support. Office doesn't exist. Positive reviews are phony.no confirmation emails sent.

Ripoff no product delivered.fraud report from my bank.had to get new card.

ITgaps.com is a straight up scam.
You'll see unbelievable prices on items,you'll purchase that product and they will make up a usps label. It will take forever to get to you. And when the package arrives it will turn out to be a .50cent pair of earrings with your tracking number . So...the ( a ) package has been shown delivered .
This company Will Not respond to you...and you more than likely Will Not get your money back. Beware !!!!

I placed an order and paid 19 September. Did not receive my order. Send mails got no reply.
This site is a SCAM!!

Charged for product the day it was ordered (10/10) and waited until Nov 1 for product which never arrived. Sent two emails requesting an update ~ no response. No phone contact listed for Customer Service. Had to file a dispute with credit card to get money back. Feels like a scam, beware!

Positive reviews are likely fake. Tried to buy an aquarium for my turtles but it never arrived. No shipping info sent. No phone number provided and they didn't respond to emails when I tried to find out where my order was. Had to submit a request for refund. They are a fake website.

Absolutely positively a scam website. They have the same “products” as at least one other scam website. The item in question I was looking at is a certain kind of baby formula that is sold out everywhere. Yet, somehow, they have it and are selling it under MSRP? No. Look at the recent reviews, all are bad. All their good reviews were all made on the very same day and are clearly fake!

I tried to purchase a ice shaver from this company and my credit card company declined the transaction. Then they instructed me to use a different card so I tried with another credit card company and that transaction was declined as well. But I believe they have captured my credit card information so now I have to cancel those cards and wait for new cards to come in the mail. Don't even attempt to buy from this company. Total scam.

I was looking to buy a Zoleo satellite communication device. I saw it advertised on this site for $81, when the cheapest I could find it anywhere else was $150. It looked too good to be true. So, I sent an email to Customer Service. I asked two questions:1) why is this women’s fashion site selling this communications device; 2) how can they sell it for barely half of what other sites sell it for? I received no response. So, I sent a follow-up email. Still no response. This site is clearly a scam.

If I could rate it a zero I would. Ordered a product, paid via PayPal, and received no tracking information or anything else. Tried to contact multiple times without a reply. Received multiple emails saying I hadn't completed a purchase and the item was now discounted 20%. This is a scam to get more money. Don't do it.

This is a BS site. Placed an order with no tracking information provided. Tried emails etc…. Don’t listen to this site is safe from that fraudulent site checker service.

Placed an order with Itgaps on August 27. As stated in other comments, I have not receive tracking information nor have I heard when I will get my order. No responses to repeated emails. Still hoping to get it.

I ordered an electric log splitter on Sept 7th. Haven't received it. No emails nothing. I think they're a bunch of thieves. 😡

People always buy with paypal they will get your money even chimes I know will help get your money both usually will give money until they investigate if they find your in the right you don't pay back if your wrong they take it out your next deposits atleast that's what works for me
