Plug-in doesn't work as it should be
Plug-in doesn't work as it should be. Tried to reach out to support, but they reacted extremely slow. When they eventually reacted, I asked for a refund. They kept trying to acquire my credentials and asking questions to prevent me from getting my money back and it's SO FRUSTRATING. Don't ever buy a plug-in at this company, they're the worst.

If our supporters have asked you about plugin issues, it's because we want to find out if there is an issue with our plugin that we haven't noticed. And then fix that issue in the next versions of the update. Otherwise, we have no problem with refunding a plugin.
Our support is completely online and in the form of online chat. We apologize if you have been waiting for several hours at a certain time. But we always try to solve all the issues of our customers in less than 24 hours.
Finally, if you are not satisfied with the plugin and your money has not been refunded, contact our supporters again in the online chat section so that the refund can be done as soon as possible.

Plugin works well. It does what it's supposed to. Only problem is I have some customers that are charged for the gift. Waiting for some feedback from support. If this is solved for sure you will deserve 5*
