WhatsGo review: I wouldn’t recommend this app in its current state
WhatsGo review:
The process of transferring data to the iPhone was incredibly cumbersome and not user-friendly, especially for those without a technical background. The instructions were relying on blurry screenshots.
A major issue was with entering WhatsApp's encryption code. The input process is reversed: while WhatsApp displays the code boxes left to right, this app requires you to enter them from right to left, making it impossible to guess without pasting the code directly.
I had to repeat the entire process twice, which was very time-consuming. In the end, I was only able to transfer my messages—none of the other data types came through.
I wouldn’t recommend this app in its current state.
I would like to add that when I reached out to the support team, they were unable to assist me but did provide a 100% refund.

Software is easy to use and customer service is very prompt in answering any queries. However, the software did not serve my purpose though. After backing up on Google Drive, resetting my phone and re-installing, Whatsapp was showing the following error: "sorry we were unable to restore any of your message history backup". So I thought this software iToolab could extract from my Google drive backup but it was unable to verify my Whatsapp account from the sms text. Customer service said I needed to have activated end-to-end encryption before backing up on Google Drive for this to work. So be sure to do this step if you want to make good use of this software. It didn't work for me, but very well could work for you!

This product is excellent!!
This product is excellent! I used it to unlock my iPhone so it could be used by another family member. An Apple update decided to create a new 7 digit passcode all by itself. I had no idea what the passcode was. I didn't think it was possible to unlock an iPhone.
I emailed customer service with a question about my subscription. Elaine responded very quickly and solved my issue on the first response. Thank you...Elaine!
